played my friends Wii last night and SFII and Donkey Kong Country are a joke! Nintendo should be refunding people. SFII just does not feel right, the framerate is really bad and some of the animations are terrible. how the hell could capcom/nintendo put this out? Donkey Kong is like 100mph. I am sure it was never that fast on the SNES.

been on a few forums and people saying microsoft seem to be ignoring this hack as it is not unsigned code. from what i read so far, playing originals online will be fine. I also phoned microsoft and told them what happened and how i didnt know etc and the woman told me if i play with originals i will be okay. I have no idea if she knew what she was talking about..

hey people just got a japanese 360 off ebay and i real happy but it has the extreme firmware on it. I never even knew till it arrived. I do not even care about backups as i only buy originals. does anyone know if i will have problems with xbox live? will Microsoft ban me straight away. I pissed off as i am not a bootlegger. I always buy the genuine games.

although disappointed with the Wii graphics it is more the software that worries me. I purchased a Japanese 360 instead of a Wii yesterday (£200) as I really am unsure how the Wii Software will line-up over the next 12 months. Mario and Metroid is what will be the turning point for me. I love Zelda on my cousins Wii but Wii Sports bored me after 2 hours.

My cousin has the Japanese Wii and has Wii sports but only boxing is available too play. the other games are there but are greyed out and you cannot select them. does anyone know how to unlock these?

for example when i click on wii newsweather it will go to a screen with load of boxes saying wii in them and then go back to the wii mainscreen.

I do have some channels there now but when I click into them nothing happens. How do I know if my connection is working with the wii. It seemed to download the channels fine but thats it

Myy cousin has a Japnese wii and I am really stuck in getting wii sports running. The only game we can do is boxing. It wont let me play the other sports. I can select them but after I pick my character I have to return to main menu. Anyone with a Japanese wii or have any idea how to resolve this problem?

I am planning to get a JPN Wii but as price is £213 due to low stock i am gonna wait till it drops. might get a Pal machine in two weeks also though so i have two machines. Not sure yet as JPN 360 at £160 looks very tempting..

my friend has got his japanese PS3. paid over £600 for 20gb version. hopefully will go round his flat next week.

after reading some wii reviews today i think Zelda, Trauma Centre, Madden 07and Super Monkey Ball are the only games i want on launch.

I really hope the Wii does not end up like the GC where we see only a few games that actually use the Wii's Power. the gameplay in this maybe fun so may buy it. I do not think it looks any better than the xbox version.
