Yeah agreed. PS3 has especially been dire in my eyes. Yeah its true there is no way as many as there used to be in the 90's but they kinda went out of fashion. I think back then platformers were the way to mark a console, the platformers with the flashiest graphics showed off, think of how Sonic's well marketed blast processing made people think Sonic and the Megadrive were far more powerful than Mario and the SNES could ever be. Then as we moved into 3D despite 3D platformers intially being the standard bearer for 3D (and why we saw the equally huge deluge of 3D platformers as we did 2D) it quickly became the FPS that showed off the high graphical fidelity of systems and thats why we perhaps don't see as many as we used to.

Sounds like what a lot of people said about Killzone 2 that the controls are different for the sake of it. I actually like the sound of the mapping of the tank controls had heard a while back that they were like this and sounds interesting to me. Can't wait for this tomorrow....finish work at 12 so hope its not a day where Sony dawdle about updating.

I did feel the same, I only managed to catch the old bits of it as was at work, hope to be able to catch the bits I've not seen sometime. It was great and it does feel wierd knowing that we've said good man to the legend. I grew up loving MJ and was always a massive kid as a fan. No single entertainer will have quite the same impact he did, watch any of his live performances and see the crowd scenes to truly see how much he affected fans.

Yeah defintely a funny moment..it's well worth watching the whole series it's hilarious.

The same thought has crossed my mind...bet its not worth the effort though...plus the singing bit would be near on impossible (if it isn't already) without being able to sing in japanese.

If you want a portable gamecube make yourself one of these; That ought to keep you busy and away from annoying us lot! canand yes games will still come on UMD for those with older PSP models but if you have a PSP Go you will have to download the games onto the device.

canand there won't a PSP 2 for a while I don't think. Sony has talked about giving the PSP a 10 year life span so the PSP Go still has some way to go. To answer your question it is more a PSP 4000 that a true successor. Think the same as the jump between DS to DSi...

Only unfair by modern standards though. Of course that is all you can mark them by. The thing is with Mega Man, if you are super hardcore and learn all the patterns etc...It becomes easy to a point. To a normal player though they can seem unjust, gruelling, punishing and as you put it unfair.

Yeah I expected ghouls and ghosts to be on it... Yep thats the one where u were on a kind of chess board and had to get to the end and score in the net... Had another insane skateboard level and a really hard event a bit like the duel on gladiators... It worked like a gameshow where you'd have a set number of challenges for each week of the show, the best I could do was the 2nd week sometimes the 3rd from what I remember...might have to dig it out...

Used to have Bart VS The Juggernauts on the gameboy and Krusty's fun house...either of them to?

Yeah noticed you were already on my list earlier... Sorry bought that, was playing burnout earlier and it froze on me twice mid race...annoying seemed wierd as everything was ok, able to come out and quite via xmb so not my ps3 fucking up...
