Soooooo just a side note here, if noone else brings it up.. Remember earlier this year when rumors started floating about Beyond Good and Evil 2 suddenly being saved by Nintendo? And apparently going to be an exclusive, like Bayonetta? And remember when Ubisoft really praised the NX for being a really awesome system, them being like, one of the few developers that have seen it? Now, remember, Ubisoft is the publisher of Beyond Good and Evil. These past days, the director of Beyond Good and Evil, Michel Ancel, has said the 2nd game is now finally in pre-production. And he's been posting some new of concept art on his instagram page saying things like "Endangered species - now saved - Game in pre-production - Stay tuned !" What the hell?? Isn't this just a bit too close to the NX reveal to be a coincidence? Are the rumors really true?? ...if they are, then god dammit Nintendo, you've might just have blown us away again :P. I bought a PC last november after seeing loads of great games coming out, and nothing hit the Wii U. Best gaming decision I've done in a long time. PC + Nintendo is also probably the best combo you can have, imo. All the great Nintendo exclusive you want, and also every other major multiplatform game in the business. It's great . And the steam holiday sales is also one of the best "games" I've played! ...even though it hurts my wallet :P.

Just gotta hand it to Ninty: In these days when companies are leaky as hell, and new products are known many months before they are announced and so on, they dont shed a single thing. If I were gonna tell someone a secret, I would tell Nintendo. Nintendo for president <3.

Hopefully that's what makes this reveal so "delayed".

Well, there is actually a big chance for the NX being region free. As Iwata, rest his soul, said in a share holder meeting some time ago "he was strongly considering tge possibilities". And with the Xbone and PS4 both being region free there's no reason for nintendo to be the weird one. Here's hoping! I hope they know that themselves. They need to break from the "cheap low-end systems" that go along with the Wii brand. Let them make a new, high-end console with a cool concept. I for one don't see the mock-up as a bad concept. But I'm guessing the final version will look a lot different. ...I am a bit sceptical about the touch screen buttons though. But no matter if the so called NX Devkit is the real deal or just a fake, it's gotten me really exited about the Nintendo NX, no matter how it's gonna turn out. Looking forward to a new generation . Edit: We also need a better system to be able to play DoA Extreme Volleyball, Senran Kagura and Genkai Tokki on. High rez with loads of physics. Very important! /perv mode off

Yes, I would suppose he's the top score of the bunch. But that being said, they did announce there would be a special direct/presentation for Smash Bros in December. Maybe, just maybe we get some more characters :P. But I think Cloud was cool as hell. And good job Nintendo, for actually getting him on a Nintendo Home system.

Yeah, TP didn't deliver graphic wise, but I might consider it just for the feels. Anyway, that FF VII announcement for Smash at the end just nailed this direct for me. Great direct with a lot of good news. Still, I'm more and more drifting towards being a PC gamer. Never thought that would happen. Oh, I'll be more active when the NX and Zelda Wii U comes out.

Thanks guys for a few really nice rounds. Was great when we ended up being..... more than just me and Sprout, as I just got a real whopping. I was really rusty, and I saw that XD. Havent been playing for two-three months. Looking forward to the new DLC's, that will definitly bring out the smasher in me, and put some more activity in this thread. Had a lot of good laughs. Tru enough :P. Here in Norway it doens't seem to be the case though, as I see a lot of them in stores. Don't think they're selling as well as in the UK. Maybe I ought to get some of the more rare ones and just store them... Btw, if anyone is up for some Pre-Direct/Post-direct Smashing today, give me a quote in the SmashBros online meet up thread . Could be a great way to bulid up hype AND let out some steam . If not, I'll just do something else :P.

I don't have too much to look forward to, Nintendowise, as I've gotten a new gaming PC and have a backlog to keep me company for maybe five years, but even so a new Nintendo Direct always gets me super hyped and in a really good mood! Still, just waiting to be disappointed :P.
