  1. Relive the epic tale of Xenoblade Chronicles, the Wii classic from 2011! Coming some time in 2020, with updated graphics using the engine from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (not sure if it uses the original or Torna) and with less derpy faces, this will be sure to bring back some good memories! Xenoblade Chronicles is regarded by many as one of the best JRPG in recent times. I never got around to finishing it on the Wii, so I'm really feeling it this time! Here is the reveal trailer: And here is Gamexplain comparing the original to the updated engine: Can't wait to listen to those tracks again. The music in this game is legendary!
  2. General Switch Discussion

Cool, I will try this! I have recieved new joysticks from ebay that I was going to replace my old ones with, but if this trick will get rid of the drift (at least for some time), that'd be great!
  3. Call of Duty: Warzone (F2P Battle Royale)

It took me 7 days to get home, apparently My Blizzard username is ArtMediocre#2365. Add me if you want to play a few rounds now and then @LazyBoy. I'm not sure how much I'll be on voice, but if you manage to bear my norwegian accent, then we can try doing voice as well.
  4. Call of Duty: Warzone (F2P Battle Royale)

I am, if I'm not playing multiplayer or something on the Switch I'll see if I can find my username when I get home
  5. PC Gaming Discussion

I usually play FPS like CoD or BF, but I'm up for anything enjoyable if I can find time for it. I'm Norwegian though, so voice might be so-so
  6. Hollow Knight

There are multiple endings, so you shouldn't have to worry about it. If you clear the black egg, you can start off again just before the boss, just like in Zelda. Or you can just explore. It's up to you. Have you tried doing the colosseum of fools? That's a pretty good challenge.
  7. Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition (29th May)

Thanks for the heads up! I'm glad I don't use Twitter. Less chance of me getting spoilers from the game. But I guess I'll be a bit less active on youtube as well from now on. I know that I won't be able to play this for a while. I'm too busy caring for my twins while playing Call of Duty. Gonna do the battle pass, and I'm about 8 levels from finishing it, so it shouldn't take too long. BUT I'm still struggling with finishing Torna. I'm maybe six hours in or so, so I have loads of more hours to play through until I'm done :S. And after that I still have Fire Emblem Three Houses. Jesus, why are there so many good games these days? I have no time for all this!! OT: Future Connected being more or less a "standalone game" like Torna is great news for both new and old players alike! I'm glad they didn't just slap together a couple of fetch quests with some fanservice dialogue and called it a day. I'm really looking forward to the game now. Really feeling it!
  8. Hollow Knight

Congratulations. I remember struggeling with that battle myself. I think everyone is having problems with that specific boss battle. That is where everyone starts questioning if they can manage the game or not. But by the gods, the feeling when you finally beat them is really, really good. Thanks for keeping us up to speed on your progress through the game. Makes me remember a lot that I had forgotten, and it's a good trip down memory lane. Such a good game Looking more and more forward to Silk Song now! Keep us posted on your progress

Like @Jonnas said, it's at Epic Games Store. They give away games for free every week to sway customers to switch from Steam to Epic. Everything from small indie games to big launches like this. It is still available, until the 23rd, so head on over to https://www.epicgames.com/, make an account and "buy" Just Cause 4 and Wheels of Aurelia
  10. PC Gaming Discussion

Just a heads up, Epic is giving away Just Cause 4 for free this week. The offer ends today, so be quick!

Pretty much exactly how I feel about the keys. Mechanical keyboards gets too tall and too loud for my taste. This one on the other hand nails it. Happy to hear you like it too
  12. PC Gaming Discussion

Nice! Looking forward to hearing what you think of it 😁

@Happenstance, you ought to check out Razer Ornata Chroma. It's a keyboard between mechanical and membrane keys, with low profile and an actual good look seeing that it comes from Razer. I use it every day, and it's less clicky, types like a dream, and comes with a palm rest that is really, really good. It's not too expensive either.
  14. Virtual Reality

I've decided to sell off my Oculus Rift CV1, with hopes to upgrade to a better platform when I have time and space for VR. With twins in the house, we needed to shuffle our stuff around a bit, and naturally my big play space ended up being a bedroom again. So long, 4x4 meter of virtual joy! I thought that with Half Life: Alyx being out (which I made sure to play though), and every VR system being sold out in the entire country of Norway until maybe august or something, it would be a prime time to sell off the old headset from 2016. Last time I listed the headset on our version of gumtree, I got an offer of about £180. This was around Black Friday last year. But this time I listed it at around £230, which is a good price here in Norway for an old, used headset. I ended up selling it off for about £330, which is insane. So now I just need to wait and see if Valve releases the Index here in the next two or three years, so that we can move to a new house with space, and then set things up.
  15. Half-Life: Alyx

This is probably the best game I've played since Breath of the Wild or Mario Odyssey. Stunning graphics, really, really well told story, and insane environments. The controls were silky smooth, and the physics engine... wow. EVERYTHING is interactive. It's insane. And the follow up on the story of Half Life. Man oh man, I did not see that ending coming. .....and for those of you who've played the game. I hate Jeff. But I also love him. Jesus, that was insanely tense.

Welcome back to the supreme race! /s Looks like a really good setup I love the screen, and it looks like you have a big fan already. I would get a mechanical keyboard though, but that's my personal preference. Looking forward to hearing what you think about the super! I'm still stuck on a 1070, and've been holding out on buying one. I think I might wait until august though, and check out the prices of the new 30XX range.
  17. 3D Printing

Stupid bump, but wanted to share I recently modeled, printed, sanded and painted the mask of Ghost from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019! Time to complete the outfit
  18. NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... (2020)

I never got around to playing the original NieR, so I'm glad they announced NieR Replicant ver.1.461614659484685... I really enjoyed the world of NieR Automata, but never got around to play it much, so hopefully NieR Replicant ver.1.86685496894563... is gonna change that. I've also heard about the originals terrible gameplay, so hopefully they will fix that in NieR Replicant ver.1.984616546516... What are you on about?
  19. Half-Life: Alyx

Yes, and it is beautiful! The atmosphere is intense and really, really well done thanks to incredible sound and lighting. Headcrabs in VR is a thing that shouldn't exist. I haven't gotten far, just played through three hours or so, but what I've played so far ceirtainly lives up to its "masterpiece" review scores. It is the world of Half Life. You are there, and it is glorious <3
  20. Call of Duty: Warzone (F2P Battle Royale)

This is really addictive! And the fact that it is free to play, AND cross platform makes me able to play with all my gaming buddies from ages ago The gulag mechanic makes the game more relaxed, to be honest. You can be a bit more aggressive when you play if you haven't been killed and sent to the gulag yet. Because you still have a second chance And if you respawn again, you have to be a bit more on edge which I like . I would like to have more varied weapons spread out though. I'm kinda tired of seeing RPGs and MG3s all over the place. But you have the loadout drop to counter that, which is really really great! I mean, when you are in a tight spot and you have a load out drop close by, you can risk it and get your favorite gear combination. And the shooting mechanics is just as good as in regular multiplayer. Which means I actually have a chance in a BR now
  21. Half-Life: Alyx

Valve also released three videos without spoilers. This REALLY brings me back, and I love how true to the original they are. And the combat, exploration and atmosphere just look phenomenal! I can't wait to play this in March! Too bad I can't get the Index headset, or that my VR-space has now become the bedroom for the twins . Oh well, I'll manage somehow.
  22. Half-Life: Alyx

    Jesus christ...
  23. Switch eShop Thread

Maybe? The only thing I know is that I'm Norwegian Edit: And the coronation of the King is probably as well known as the year 1514
  24. Switch eShop Thread

I mean, the coronation of our King is pretty common knowledge.
  25. Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition (29th May)

Direct next week? Is it official, or is it just a rumor? But yeah, the rating must mean it's pretty close to launch. Looking forward to playing through this again
