I think we should slow down here. I just don't think Eevil would say he roleblocked Peeps if he was a mafia. Especially not to stop you from asking for a win condition that someone could easily lie about. I think an absent-minded townie would be more likely. There are so few powers and I think the probability that we are lynching a useful townie is too high. I'm not going to vote for him. Giving his information willingly is the sign of a townie.
