  1. Well i think the Adventure series is a story, but if you don't then that's fine! If you go to the official Shadow the Hedgehog website; it gives you plenty of details on the story and just what is going on; http://www.sega.com/gamesite/shadow/base.html Also a part of the story that is hinted at on the website but not given is; I just can't decide if Shadow the Hedgehog is meant to be on Earth or not!
  2. Shadow the Hedgehog takes place after Sonic Heroes; which would kinda put it in the Sonic Adventure storyline. Sega have really messed up the Sonic storyline here, because It isn't explained what happened to Shadow after he used Chaos control at the end of SA2, because we next see him in Heroes with absolutely no explanation. I thought Shadow the Hedgehog explained this, until i found out it was set after heroes. Shadow the hedgehog is after Heroes because it features Team Chaotix and apparently because you fight Shadow clones/robots in the game.
  3. Yeah if you like! Your sarcastic reply made me wonder why you ever suggested Diddy Kong racing in the first place though! If you knew it all already! Perhaps you didn't know and tried to cover you tracks with sarcasm!
  4. Read my post towards the top of the page! But in summary; I think it's pretty good! and they actually cover Nintendo quite alot; at least as much as the other 2 consoles, when you consider that the GC has fewer games coming out each week; plus there is usually a GBA/DS review or two each week.
  5. I agree completely with everything you said. Rare just seem to take SO long with their games, and I get the annoying impression with Rare that they feel they are allowed to take all the time they want because people hold them in such high regard. This I don't think is anything like the case anymore! The games they have produced lately just don't justify the time they're spending on them! I think a major problem with Rare is just how many people have left the 'original N64 team', that's if there is anyone at all left anymore! I think the new team they have (and are regularly recruiting for), have all the capabilities around them that the old team had, hence the great graphics!; but they lack the feel and design of the old team (that has now split into other companies) and therefore have yet to produce the same quality games, or carry series such as Perfect Dark on in the direction they should go!
  6. Co-op Battletoads on the SNES was absolutely AMAZING! The characters and they're weapons/moves were just so great!! I didn't get round to playing the original, though it did look great! and a sequel (or a remake, just for the fact i never played the original!) would be great too! Glad I could help! What didn't you know? That Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong were Nintendo owned?
  7. Yeah that's Cybernet; it's on on a Friday morning (Thursday night), for half an hour anytime between 2-4am.It's also usually repeated Saturday night/Sunday morning.
  8. Can't be a racing game with Diddy/Donkey Kong as they're both Nintendo owned; so if there was to be a Diddy Kong Racing 2 it would be without Diddy; so i'm guessing it would be renamed and Banjo would take the lead in a console version of Banjo Pilot/Racing! It's unlikely Rare have been working on the sequel to Kameo for two years, but there's a chance i suppose. Banjo Kazooie 3, Killer Instinct, and Blast Corp. are all possible; Though Rare should really have a new franchise for the 360 aswell! Rare don't half take their time!! Admitedly the end game always looks (though doesn't always play!) the part; but first announcing two games after 2 years in development! (probably took them that long to get the game looking good and running) and then possibly (and likely with Rare) a further year or more until release; thats 3 years for a game! and Starfox Adventures, Kameo, and Perfect Dark 0 took even longer!! Less coffee breaks needed me thinks!
  9. I actually think Cybernet does an OK job; all the consoles covered evenly, console news, events covered such as E3 and each episode usually has a very up to date trailer or two. And whilst the reviews don't have a score, they show you a good amount of the game and the comments aren't that bad. However; when i watch it i know that i could do a much better job and I'm usually miles ahead of them on info, but for the casual gamer (who doesn't check internet news or read magazines etc...) it's pretty good. This new programme sounds like it could be good though, and i LOVE Top Gear!!
  10. Do you mean the part where you follow the monkey to the witch and then give her the potion to revive her? Never had a problem there; just used to talk to her the first time, then go back to her sister and get a potion, then follow the monkey again and give her the potion.
  11. I just used the always stay logged in!
  12. I'm so sorry man; really, really sorry; that's absolutely aweful.
  13. Ok i've changed my post to the best link i could get! Hope that helps!
  14. Ever heard of sentences!!!??? Anyways, to help you out... http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/n64/game/197770.html Check out the; - Mask List - Kafei/Anju Quest FAQ Hope that helps!
  15. My favouries would be; - Majoras Mask - the walk through the forest, the chase, the music, the acrobatics! I love it! - Shenmue - Just a Fantastic, emotional, immersive beginning! - Sonic Adventure (Dreamcast) - I was in AWE the first time i saw the intro title movie; i'd never seen graphics like it before and the music was great, - SSBM - for the great music and animation, - Ocarina of Time - Links nightmare and Navis flight, - Resident Evil 4 - this game kind of has a short opening chapter before the title appears after the first village attack; but what a beginning!! "Where'd everybody go? Bingo?" Totally Agree!! Just watched it; it was a good one!I don't know the Onimusha story; but the character he morphed into by consuming the enemies reminded me alot (in style) of Fierce Diety Link, and just how cool he could look on screen (with his glowing eyes and flowing white hair) if they were to include him in a future Zelda game!!
  16. A video of Ada's seperate ways has been released; The video explains part of the reason for her being there in the first place, aswell as some of her FMV cutscenes and some of her gameplay; The video contains some spoilers; but alot of people have played this game anyway (and for people who own the GC version, it's a great chance to get an insight into Ada's mission); http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?id=8188&type=wmv (22mb) I think it looks really great!! I heard that her mission explains why the bell rings and the vilagers dissapear at the start of Leons game... The video also shows off some of Ada's weapons... A couple of questions i have; - As Ada explains; Also - What is the gun Leon is using in the first village cutscene? It seems strange it wasn't the standard handgun, as it should be! - Also is it just me or has the valley where you fight El Gigante been widened? Or maybe some scafolding has been removed! There is also a new video showing off the exclusive secret costumes (which are abit rubbish IMO); http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?id=8189&type=wmv
  17. Yeah, Oh and also; Nintendo have taken Revolution off of all of their hardware because it's unlikely the name will be used; they are therefore unlikely to be encouraging the name further through such text!
  18. Except that it looks fake! (Images, textures, sense of depth, style of the trees etc...) All looks abit shoddy IMO;Wonder how long Luigi will have to lug this hoover round with him! Luigi's Mansion, Mario Power Tennis, Mario Kart DS... A DS Luigis Mansion could be great; with a First Person view of the hoover on the lower screen!
  19. Looks a definate fake to me, I wouldn't mind a sequel (doubt i'd buy it though); and it could be great with the new controller!
  20. I'd expect everything that comes in it to have come standard with the PSP in the first place, but apparently it didn't!! What new stuff has been added into the 'value' pack? The memory stick? Which the PSP should have anyways come with, as it's an essential! And yeah rip-off price!!
  21. What i can't stand is when the worst blokes out there have girlfriends and nice, decent guys can really struggle.Just watch any episode of 'Trisha', or any of that rubbish and the amount of rough blokes that are on there all have girlfriends, despite the fact they might knock them around, or they aren't nice looking, or a complete waste of space; yet they have girlfriends! Granted their girlfriends are often similar to them (in that they have no manners, or are complete chavs etc...) and isn't the sort of person you'd want to be with anyways, but still! Nice guys finish last!
  22. It's a must buy!! The game is a really good length aswell! I'd say on your first playthrough, depending alot on what difficulty level you choose and how conservatively you play (going back to save regularly, creeping around slowly to try and make sure you get the first move in, finding all treasures), the game will last you anywhere between 15-30 hrs.
  23. Easily two of the best games i've ever played!!
  24. Ok, thanks! Why do a bank raid though; just for a metal toy plane!! or is it more than that (and explained in a future episode)??
  25. Last weeks episode where they were trying to find Charlie and Claire was amazing!! Best episode so far!! and at the end when Locke and Boone found the metal floor cover!! Can anyone help explain Kates episode to me yesterday though!; Why did she get involved in the bank raid, just to get the metal toy plane out of one of the safe boxes; especially when she had the key anyway. Why go to such lengths for something not all that important in the long run! Maybe I didn't hear the explanation; if there was one!! And is there a future episode where what happened between her and the man she loved is explained?!
