To be fair emasher is right about the usb pen drives, students should test websites on different browsers, and you pay schools to learn it properly. When I was in college we didn't have different browsers, it was optional to test them (ie you did it at home) but it was firmly placed in our minds that it should be tested. It was more along the lines of distinction marking, rather than pass criteria. I understand why, but I don't agree with the way emash is going about it. Demanding and complaining really will get you nowhere. IT departments in any workplace have specific budgets, and timescales to meet tasks. Budgets are absolute. And anything that is not essential generally gets left by the wayside. Which is sad, and I completely feel your annoyance.

hehhehhe Moving is crazy times, you don't realise how much crap you accumulate til you have to like move it all out haha. Good luck with the move, hope you get settled in easily

Yeeey @ distractions. Not so yey @ jealousy. People just love to play each other. I'd love to have mind reading skills to get past all lies and games. That would rock. --- My ear piercing is being really awful. Its got a big lump inside my earlobe, I think it may have been caused by a reaction to gold earrings I was wearing. BOO. Actually nearly all of my piercings are gone, I've removed both of my nose piercings. And I'll probably take out the lip one before long. I can never get a lip stud to fit. Its either far too small and causes ulcers, or too big and damages my teeth!!

Overdrafts (unauthorised ones) are on my bank account as default, as I found out to my horror, when I went 15p overdrawn. I got stung with a £30 charge. I applied for a £50 o/d limit, but it is never used, suppose really just for absolute emergencies, so I don't get stung with another charge like that again. As to using a debit card online, I never use mine. For security reasons more than anything. If someone hacks your credit card, THEY deal with it. All you have to do is fill in a form (this happened to me once) A lot of credit card companies have protection against people thiefing, and lock out cards. If you lose ALL of your money from your account through your debit card, its an absolute nightmare to fix. My work colleague had fraudulent activity on her debit card last year, and she still hasn't got the money back. Getting in debt is in everyone's control. Yes things are expensive these days, but everyone has to live within their means. But yes, I'll agree university debt is somewhat unavoidable if this is the career you chose. And @ war, My parents saved money for me on a regular basis (despite being very poor during my dad's early raf days) and it never comes anywhere near a sum to pay of uni fees. I think I have around 3k in an account somewhere.

Went to work, dandered about the town, and had coffee with a friend. Never had pan au chocolat before! It was a pretty good day. For some reason I have it in my head that it is Tuesday.. Weird. Got my meds through, they are being delivered next Wednesday, yattaa!
