  2. I decided after years of putting it off, that I'd finish watching death note - to be honest I got kinda bored when
  3. hahaha awesome. Happy birthday Eevils!
  4. I'm going to join in with some actual content in this thread; Pandemic II - one of the most annoyingly addictive games on the internet DAMN YOU MADAGASCARRRRRRRRRRRRR!
  5. I did say I didn't mind either =P
  6. He's actually waaay cuter in motion (compared to the pics i've seen in the media anyway) but that dress sense is terrible
  7. He'll have made up all this dramatic tension, and it will be a joke only he gets. Probably.
  8. htc hd2 <3333333 Buy eet naow!!! Serious props though, roadkill recommended it to me, and i haven't regretted getting it at all. Huuuuuuuuuuuge resolution, I'd imagine not too many phones could top it. 480 x 800!! And its got a really good capacitive screen, which means you don't have to squish the thing to death for it to react (very different to my 5800xm!!) It's amazingly dirt/grease resistant. That was the part I was so impressed with. And all the twitter (ace twitter app real slick), msn (proper "computer" msn rather than the awful mobile ones), and browsers preinstalled (opera and ie both of which are pretty decent) One bad thing (which can be remedied easily) is that its kinda awkward to press links (much like my 5800xm was). Have to zoom in to make it bigger (pinch motion) or get one of those capacitive stylus' (styli??) as it wont work with a bog standard plastic one. Oh and windows 6.5 isn't one of the easiest phone o.s' I've worked with, but it does work out (sometimes with a bit of consultation to ze manual)
  9. aww dyson that's mega fail. I went through the exact same thing when I worked in retail. Asked the boss if I could go because I had a taxi waiting (and I had nothing else to do anyway) and he flipped out... It was 45 minutes after I was supposed to finish! It seems like managers expect far too much. I think the whole event traumatised me, never want to go back to retail ever again =(
  10. I think its a little bit different... Police officers are doing their job, they don't deserve to get abuse for it. Someone is causing problems they are in the right to stop it. Well maybe a baton wasn't necessary, but that's not really up to us to say is it? If the officer in question maintained the protocols in place I don't see what's wrong. This bloody stupid americanised sue culture we live in is pathetic. People need to freakin' wise up and actually act like respectable people. Then maybe we'd have a few less problems.
  11. oh look I got capitalised, yay - I don't mind! As long as I have my underscore I'm happeeee. ^_^
  12. Do they not get amazing staff discount? And they have pretty awesome clothes from what i saw (afaik we don't have a Republic over here, yet) --- My head hurts, I bleached my hair but its still a tiiiiiiiiiiny bit yellow, hopefully it dries whiter. Blue hair with yellow (c-r-appy greeny looking) streaks aint cool. =( Either that or I could buy somemore tangerine and use that to colour my hair, would be easier..
  13. might be catching ew :P
  14. whats with the [original adjective] thing? I'm getting kinda confused :s
  15. urggggggggh I forgot how itchy a headful of peroxide can be >_< Rez, i thought green was bad but the pink burns my eyes
  16. tail whip! ^__^
  17. agreed with it all - its a good system but its not really suitable for the majority of the market we have with cheap, not very fast or efficient systems. I think it really is a hardware/o.s lottery as to compatibility. I installed Panda onto my laptop and it didn't even get near scanning. the whole thing BSOd'd and wouldn't boot after i did the install tbh, its best to have one protection system and stick with it. fannying around with uninstalls is a dangerous business because virus scanning n whatnot has to be installed so deeply into your operating system, and for whatever reason it isn't removed well. I'd rather do a format than have to try to change a virus scan on an existing o.s (from many bad experiences with multiple software) I'm against the idea of pre-installed anything - consumers should have the choice especially when it comes to protection.
  18. I had one of those days recently, just feeling a bit generally rubbish. Hopefully things will be okay for you soon! -- I'm 23 and I have my first freakin' spot today. >_> Fail.
  19. oooo burn! I do remember the epic post he made where he went into detail about what each and every x meant on the end of every text.
  20. Isn't that behaviour reserved for oversensitive women?
  21. Couldn't agree more. the only people that get x's off me are special! *wink wink nudge nudge* Or someone that's mega awesome and has just done me a huge favour, maybe!
  22. bahahah you are funny! I had blood taken from my wrist once (not the top of my hand, my actual wrist). Now that is testing your vomit reflexes!
  23. Those pictures of that car crash always send shivers down my spine (letty crash) because my car looks exactly like that and its not a common colour. Scary stuff.
  24. ooohh yes i saw, its very smexy I do think getting blood taken is definitely a very very different thing though. I still get a bit icky about it and I've had my bloods taken hundreds of times in the past few years. Don't your piercings bleed? My ears bled everywhere haha.
  25. Says the one that stuck a needle into her nosebone. Man you fail Letty, I'm disappointed
