I've been using the Universal remote I got from NY on my Samsung HDTV. It's really easy to set up, and you've gotta love the way it lights up! I'd take pics, but I don't have a digital camera/you probably don't really care that much anyway...

Aww, well, it's good here. Been up the Empire State building and all that. And it just so happened that the date is was booked for coincided with the 360 launch! I'm going to Times Square at midnight in case there's some event on, as that was where the first Xbox was launched. At the Toys R Us. With the huge ferris wheel in it. Oh and I got my Universal Media remote today for mine, and I must say it feels a bit weird... It works with the TV in the hotel though, so that's good!

I'm in NY right now, and to be honest there's no big hoo-har about it, other than a few people camping outside Virgin Megastores on Times Square and a HUGE ad for it on Broadway.

The Takamine EG560CBS is a superb acoustic guitar, especially for the price. The guitarist in my band uses one, it does the job really well, is comfortable to play and the pickups pick up the bottom end really well. My PC (2000+ Athlon XP, 512 DDR, 160GB HDD, Radeon 9200) sucks balls at the moment (then again, one could argue that it sucks balls anyway...) Heck, it doesn't even switch on!! However, my iBook 1.2Ghz Power PC G4, 768 DDR just fookin rocks my socks completely!!

I got some leaflet for some scheme Tesco are running for cheap computers for staff. Hmm... that Dell Dimension 3.6Ghz, 1024MB DDR2, 250GB HD, 17" TFT, 256MB ATI X600 PC for £27.29 a month, costing £746.97 in total, looks kind of good...
