  1. I found it very addictive, it's great for a one-more-go type situation, which ends up being twelve more rounds. Fantastic game, you're in for a real treat. I really liked the single player too, though it wasn't very long.
  2. But why not? Analog stick on the left thumb, buttons on the right? Why isn't it practical?
  3. I'm having a hard time picturing the difficulty you're suggesting. Especially as holding them separately wouldn't be all that different from using the Switch with them attached, in handheld mode. From reports, holding one in each hand is really comfortable.
  4. It'll be interesting to see how Nintendo manage to push both huge openworld Zeldas like BOTW and more handheld-like titles like A Link Between Worlds, on the same console.
  5. Yeah those wanting this thing to be £199 are dreaming, there's a ton of tech in there.
  6. Here's the "Classics" logo on the top of the NES mini box. Could tie into the Virtual Console, or it could just be a one off.
  7. I'm hoping the OS lets you zoom out to display more rows of games. It looks fine in handheld mode but it'd be overkill to have such huge boxes on the tv.
  8. Given they haven't said a word about the virtual console I imagine a Direct is incoming. I also think it's due a rebrand, possibly to fit in line with the red and white "Nintendo Classics" logo on the mini NES box. Reason I suspect a rebrand is the VC logo uses the Wii font which I imagine they'll want to steer clear of with this new gen. How this didn't get any Likes I have no idea
  9. The inside of the boxes have artwork as well Also, Japan's Switch box is lovely...
  10. Lovely stuff. I'll be sure to call you rotten next time I think it
  11. The should have shown how many cups are in the game, and what each item does, and what the menu system looks like. Or, what they actually did was provide a focused, clear and concise look at what the game and system are about. Play Mario Kart, at home, on the go and with friends. No need to over-analyse everything. Not EVERYTHING needs nitpicking criticism. It's a 30 second ad, some things are assumed.
  12. @Glen\-i said it better than I could have. The rest was a bit of fun, that's all.
  13. I think it's a great ad, as great as the other Switch ads to date, I haven't given it much thought beyond that.
  14. I like how the UI knows which colour joy-con you're using
  15. I wish they mentioned voice chat in that ad
  16. Except for the person you're quoting, for a start?
  17. "More details on The Avengers project and other games will be announced in 2018." Modern gaming!
  18. Thanks NOE but that doesn't make up for the rubbish Zelda box art
  19. There's also LED lights on the inside to show which player you are
  20. I pre-ordered a coloured one from The Game Collection about five days after the presentation so I doubt that'll actually happen for release day. May try and high street GAME or something early on the 3rd.
  21. Ok, I'm fully paid up member of the coloured Switch fan club. I'm gutted I pre-ordered the grey one now
  22. I always assumed it would just be FIFA 18, just toned down graphically for Switch, but since they want to reveal it at E3, they just called it FIFA here
