  1. Maybe the portable NX will have 32GB and supports sd cards. And the docking station has a 1TB HDD in it for storing your total library. When you boot up in 'at home mode', you decide which content you want to 'transfer' to the mobile drive.
  2. Revival: Metroid Prime, shouldn't need to explain. Crossover: Donkey Kong Country Maker, shouldn't need to explain. Exclusive: Lego games, just seems the most logical. Besides, I don't like to see the world burn
  3. There was a bank holiday in Germany yesterday I think...
  4. Any word on Cloud, Corrin and Bayonetta?

  6. Still waiting for a discount on Don't Starve, been keeping an eye out for ages now Anyone played it yet?

  8. Never would've thought Sonic would beat Mario and/or Link getting a Lego minifigure
  9. Yesssssss, absolutely on of my favourite 3DS games!!
  10. No sign of the last few smash amiibo yet?
  11. Does anyone know if both of the R.O.B.'s unlock different costumes in Yoshi's Woolly World & Super Mario Maker or different features in other games? If not, I'm gonna keep my Famicom R.O.B. sealed I think... And does the Shovel Knight amiibo have any other use than in his own game?
  12. I also caved in and bought K.K. slider, now I'm tempted to get Tom Nook..... But I think after that I'm done with the A.C. amiibo. Chibi Robo and Shovel Knight will be delivered next week, then I'll have to wait until they announce SSB Lucas, Ryu, Roy and Cloud.... And more after dec 15th....? I might be done for a while after that, but there are some potential series that would lure me back in: Super Mario series: Waluigi, Boo, Koopa, Goomba, Blooper, Magikoopa, etc... Starfox series: Peppy and Slippy or some vehicles Punch-out!! series: King Hippo, Glass Joe etc
  13. It will also help Nintendo only gamers getting to know third party characters better. Which might help future third party games sell better on Nintendo hardware. I still see that as one of Nintendo's biggest challenges, users only buying first party games is very unhealthy. Nintendofans want games like Final Fantasy, Assassins Creed, GTA, CoD, NfS, FIFA and such? They need to start buying them when they do release...
  14. BoxBoy! Man, what a great game! I think I'm gonna do a replay
  15. Yeah, and what about Faxanadu, Chip 'n Dale, a Boy and his Blob, Adventure Island, Kickle Cubicle, Kirby, Ice Climber, Bionic Commando, Dr. Mario, Excitebike, Paper Boy, Ducktales, Gargoyle's Quest, Ghosts and Goblins, Ninja Gaiden, Mickey Mousecapade, Wizards and Warriors, RC Pro Am and Rygar?
  16. I voted NES. My first console AND my introduction to gaming in general. You never forget your first love. Even when I already owned a SNES, I still used the NES a lot more. So many games that hold a special place: Zelda, Zelda 2, the Megaman games, Kid Icarus, Punch Out, Mario Bros, Duckhunt, Wrecking Crew, Mario 2, Mario 3, Adventures of Lolo, Snake Rattle and Roll, Bubble Bouble, Metroid, Castlevania, Probotector, Tetris, the list goes on and on and on...
  17. I should try Mario Sports Mix out then It just felt like such an unimaginative title rushed out at the end of the Wii lifespan that I didn't even bother with it. Same feeling I get with this title...
  18. To me, this feels like the most rushed to market and rehashed first party title since Mario Sports Mix....
  19. SMK, MK64, MKDS and MKDD all had Battle modes I really liked! My favorite battle arenas in those are: Battlecourse 1 - 4 (SMK) Block Fort, Double Deck, Skyscraper (MK64) Luigi's Mansion and Pipe Plaza (MKDD) Twilight House (MKDS)
  20. Apologies accepted. Just messing with you Back to your wish list: I agree that those are industry standards by now. Do you have any wishes when it comes to innovation, anything refreshing and new when it comes to the hardware? Or do you prefer the innovation coming from the software? Or both perhaps? I'm very keen to find out it the scrolling shoulder buttons are indeed added to their next controller. But even more intrigued if and what it can add to gameplay and if it will be something third party developers will jump on.
  21. I understand what you mean, and I'm not saying I disagree. but you're laying some words in my mouth. I never stated Nintendo know what was best and neither did I state it didn't bomb, so no need to remind me If you put some extra effort in how you say things (less hostile), I think there will be less unnecessary tension in this discussion. But ok, let's say you didn't mean it that hostile. Back on topic: I personaly like what the Wii U has on offer, but then again I also loved the Dreamcast That the Wii U is a commercial failure is a fact, but to me as a gamer I spent more than enough hours on it to be happy with owning it. @Sheikah: what would NX have to become for you to find it your perfect console the next (or this) generation?
  22. Absolutely true, and also the other way around. Only 6,- extra for Bluray support, so why not? I think there are more than enough features you could add that cost only a little extra. But adding them all would make the console too expensive. It's one feature out of a hundred that could have been added. They obviously thought it over and made a choice. For example, neither does Apple TV have a build-in Bluray player. Some consumers would've wanted it, some like it as it is. It's about finding that sweet spot and of course there will always be people who would want it different than it came out. If they did a good job is a whole other discussion and obviously a matter of taste and your definition of a good job.
  23. Add a optional subscription model for VC; monthly fee and you can play all VC games. Full library on launch. For every 10 VC games you already own/bought you get one month subscription for free to accommodate fans who've already spent a lot of money on Wii/Wii U VC. Add GC and speed up the release of N64 games. Get third parties to add more classic games to it. If you own an amiibo, you get the game its from for free. Get DLC characters/levels/etc in Smash/Kart/etc for FREE if you own the amiibo. Just give more cross-selling incentives and be generous with the freebees. Fans will love it and get introduces to more franchises. Market and promote it like crazy! If the VC (and maybe even the Indies/eShop) is buzzing and alive, droughts are an issue of the past and bigger retail games will follow. I think
  24. Is that you, Jon Snow??
