  1. To be fair, Puzzle & Dragons is arguably the biggest video game in Japan right now. It's not like it's been shoved in with random JRPG #24. Look at how Nintendo's stock jumped after the announcement Mind you that's probably because people didn't notice the "for Nintendo 3DS" aspect.
  2. April in Japan Also confirmed for the west
  3. A guide to running the system transfer http://s1.thcdn.com/design-assets/documents/nintendo/pdf/NINE_Transfer_Guide_3DS_EN_v03_cf.pdf
  4. I argue that they embrace online quite well. Yes it's not shoehorned into every title and there still are things that need ironing out, but to say they are backwards and behind is erroneous.
  5. If we're going to be ridiculous and insulting, then I'd say the comparison would be Nintendo: Star Wars Original Trilogy. Good fun, tech's a bit out of date but is boosted every so often MS/Sony: Star Wars Prequel Trilogy. Too much focus on visuals. Some decent stuff here and there but overall soulless and buggy.
  6. Still waiting for somewhere in the UK to say "Hey, we're airing this". Can't believe Channel 4 haven't jumped on it.
  7. 1. I never said that mini-games couldn't be online. I said the games in NintendoLand were designed for local multiplayer 2. I wasn't equating that. I was equating the phrase "do badly" which is more often than not equated to sales to sales, and then contested that statement.
  8. What does it matter if it was in a bundle or not? Most games that sell well were in bundles. The game was created to be local. It doesn't belong online. Going online completely misses the point of it.
  9. 3 million units as of March 2014. 3rd highest known sales for the Wii U. Hardly doing badly.
  10. There goes my theory then. I've been registered on Club Nintendo for over a decade, have spent thousands and am overwhelmingly positive about them and I get nothing. Pah </grumpy>
  11. Had friends and even people over at GAF offer me theirs, but I don't want it if I wasn't chosen </grumpy> :p Did you guys register a 3DS, 3DS XL and 2DS on your account? The people I know who received it did, but I haven't got a 2DS. Maybe that's it
  12. Why would it be dedicated to the New 3DS?
  13. Miyamoto doesn't run the Mario games any more :p Plus, Nintendo's games of late are top notch, nobody can deny that. It's not like quality has dropped.
  14. I haven't got it
  15. My point exactly, which is why I was always confused when people said they'd have preferred another Galaxy over 3D World. Only thing 3D World lacks compared to Galaxy is the gravity mechanics
  16. I'm talking level design. The stages in it are as linear as 3D World's, it just lacks a flag and has a star. The stages are sectioned off but this time instead of cannons and clear pipes connecting them, you have the launch stars. Galaxy is just 3D World with space style and single player. Not saying it's a bad game, far from it, but let's not kid ourselves. The stages aren't open like Super Mario 64 and Sunshine.
  17. I honestly don't get people saying 3D World is nothing like Galaxy. Galaxy is more like 3D World than it is Mario 64
  18. It is, the review is just old
  19. I never saw that Just checked and the two are still listed.
  20. If that happens, then yay. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. @Cube, don't let yourself be hung up on her now thinking it's a "maybe later". Move on and, if it happens in the future, then huzzah, but if not then you won't have wasted any further time.
  21. Download the Yoshi and Zelda DLC
  22. Considering they're typically 1 per series per console, this doesn't surprise me
  23. Better be :p EXP Share works the same as in XY
  24. I see you like to live dangerously... :p
