XBOX 360 VS PS3 : non-biased version. Xbox360 Advantages 1. Cheaper. 2. Bigger selection of games. 3. Bigger install base = more people to play online. 4. Xna game development. 5. Richer, more diverse online experience (debatable). 6. Lead platform for game developent on most multiplatform games. 7. Better controller (debatable). 8. Better, more elaborate ways to measure your e-penis. disadvantages 1. Need wireless card addon to use wireless router (don't know if you need any addons to use a wired connection???). 2. Hasn't got as much raw power as the PS3. 3. Can't play Blu-ray discs. 4. HD-DVD addon is pretty much pointless now. 5. You have to pay to play online. 6. More people to play online against = more possibilities for you to get called a 'faggot'. PS3 Advantages 1. Is more powerful than 360 but at this moment in time, it doesn't seem to make any difference as most multiplatform games are developed on 360 first. 2. Obviously the Blu-ray player. 3. Has some extremly good, unmissable exclusive games (debatable). 4. Looks better (debatable). 5. Supports more video formats than 360. 6. No extra costs to play online (connect straight out of the box). 7. Has the biggest potential for growth. 8. 10 year plan (debatable). 9. More reliable aka won't break as easily. disadvantages 1. Smaller selection of games. 2. Very expensive. 3. Less support from developers compared to 360. Tried it. But the Disc drive is completly fucked. I think the firmware is corrupted in the disc drive because the drive doesn't do anything.

I'm currently trying to save £190 so I can send my PS3 to sony for repair. Fucking disc drive broke a couple of months back. I have tried repairing it myself. But I've decided it will be best if I just send it to sony at least i'll get a renewed warranty. The fucking piece of shit had to break just when all the good games are coming out. Oh well PSP and Wii will have to do for the time being.

Started playing this today. I havn't played it in years, so it feels new again.

Found out today that my new ps3 disc drive will be shipped shortly. So i'll probably get this game sometime next week.

I've just played it for about an hour. I like the artstyle and it's something different but it did ramble on a bit at the beggining. Anyway i'm only just getting into it (I'm at the 1st village), talking to random people.

Got this game today for £19, brand new as well. I think somebody must of put the wrong price sticker on because underneath it had £28.96. Anyway i'm looking forward to playing this and I hardly know anything about it, which is a good thing.

My mate picked up the ps2 version today. I managed to find a brand new copy of Okami for £19 and brought that instead.

Normally I would say some Zelda game, but ive played those games so many times now that the novelty is wearing thin. Except for LTTP, I don't think i'll ever dislike that game. The music and the atmosphere from Terranigma are pretty memorable for me. Also Mystic Quest and Secret of Evermore are pretty special to me. I havn't really got a favourite moment though, just little bits.

Alright mate, You could try turning off the DHCP server and assigning the IP, DNS etc... manually. That's what I did and it works better than before. Don't know if it would make any difference, but you could try it. The only problem is, you would need to put these settings in manually for all wi-fi devices you currently use. Just ask me if you need any help.

I was just on the wii News channel and was thinking the exact same thing. Pretty pathetic really. I'd say it's more of the media's fault though, for blowing it out of proportion.

Well at first she was going right and then after awhile of looking at her legs she turns anti-clockwise. So I use my right-side the most but if I concentrate long enough my left brain takes over. Ok this must be a trick because it took me 2 minutes until she starts turning anti-clockwise and then after awhile she turns back to clockwise?!?

Apparantly there is a patch for the psp version to remove the censoreship, obviously you'll need a hombrew capable PSP.

Yeh tell me about it! Anyway i've decided to go the technical route and disassemble my PS3. Lucky for me the blu-ray drive was easy to get to and I didn't have to fiddle with the main mother board unit. So far i've managed to take apart my blu-ray drive, clean the lens and put it back together. Unfortunatly it won't let me insert discs now, but that's probably because I didn't put it back together correctly. Hopefully I can get it to work tommorow. If not, I've found a website which sells replacment PS3 blu-ray drives, so I'll just get a replacment from them. That means, no £199 for sony, no 1 month waiting and no bull shit!

My mate has a PS3 too. Would I be able to use his warranty? Didn't the ps2 have a similar problem? Maybe theres a way to adjust the laser.

My PS3 won't read PS3 games anymore and because I got it second hand it's gonna cost me £199 to get a replacement. LOL

Is it true that PAL 60gb PS3's only have 90% BC, while USA has 100% BC?
