    Recently got a refurbished 60gb PAL PS3 and it randomly keeps freezing and then when I turn it back on it beeps and then turns itself off and the red light flashes. Has anyone had this sort of problem before?

    My Laptop is slow, that's why I use wii or PS3 browser.

    You can't use one-handed pointer controls on PS3, so how can it be worse in that regard? I'll agree that PS3 is a more robust browser, but generaly speaking all I use my console browsers for, is to browse forums. So that's why I prefer the wii browser in general. But PS3 is obviously better for video and multimedia content. Btw do you even own a wii?

    All it needs now is pointer controls. I still prefer wii for general browsing.

    Hello everyone. I got this game for xmas but I havn't a clue what i'm doing? I'm complety new to this game and only brought it because I heard it was good. Atm I need to send letters to folk, but I don't know how to do that. If someone could explain the general objective of this game, that would be great.

    Well if you look back at the Gamecube era, a lot of people realised that in order for Nintendo to have any chance of there former glory (in terms of sales) they would need to attract the casual gamer market, just like the PS1 and PS2 had done previously, also (just like the PS1 & PS2) they realised they needed a diverse range of games. My point is there are certain people around here that are unhappy with the direction Nintendo have taken, because of all the shovelware and medicore PS2 ports (fair enough). Last time I checked though, Gamecube never had an exclusive Dragon Quest game coming out for it. Even if your not a fan of that particular game, it shows that good games are on the way, but their gonna take longer to make than all the shovelware that's currently plastered on all the shelves. Iwata even said that himself. Sometimes I wander what the fuck is wrong with these people.

    Right so your ps3 broke, you sent off for a refurbished one, that one didn't work so they sent a brand new one? Also how can sony send me a new 60gb PS3 when they don't even make them anymore? (If they do send me a brand new one, that will be sweet as I brought mine second hand anyway.)

    Has anyone here ever had to replace a PS3 with a refurbished one? If so what condition was it in. I ask because I will be getting a refurbished 60gb PS3 on New Years Eve and was just wandering what I should expect?

    Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but if you want to create music, will I need to learn to read music first. I ask this because I thought reading music was only used if you want to play some body else's composition? I haven't got a clue about music theory or anything like that, so i'd probably be rubbish but maybe i'd create something semi-decent... eventually. That cuebase program sounds good, I wouldn't mind having a go at creating some kind of club/dance music. Will a midi keyboard be sufficient?

    Be careful Carefull what you wish for. I've got Home beta and it's a load monkey spunk. (It does have potential though) Well if they are similar games why does it matter which order I compare them?

    You think i'm trying to Troll this game? No the reason why I asked is because in Home you interact with other people, design your own home, and play various mini games together. Which looks like what you do in Animal Crossing. (But i've only really been looking at pictures, so maybe i've interpreted wrong?!?) Anyway, i'm getting it as an xmas present, so i'm sure I'll see for myself what type of game this is. Edit: Ah! I can see why you thought I was a troll. (My signature picture).

    Ok i'll definently look into it further. Another idea I had was maybe to create some kind of animated series. But there just ideas at the moment. Also I take it you can use illustrator to create unique contet and then export it to flash?

    I've always wanted to make my own game, but i've never been that interested in the programming itself. So I thought maybe Adobe flash is the best method for me. I have very little experiance in Flash, all I know is action script is what is used to create games and dynamic content. I'm also planning on using illustrator so I can draw unqiue content and then scan it in. Now should I buy a book on action script, are there any particular books I should buy in general based on game design in Flash? Also can Flash games support online muliplayer aka MMORPG's?

    At least you have the abbility to play these great games. (PS3 Drive is still broken.)

    Brand new Zelda Wii with motion+ and same level attention to detail as SMG. Beleive!
