  1. Shoot at it, follow the QTEs, realise that it isn't that bad.
  2. SUCK MY DICK YOU SMELLY TWAT!
  3. This game is sick bled! I'm enjoying how almost every item feels like it has a real purpose now.
  4. I would try and see if you can get the Visa back out of the disc drive first. Pretty sure that technique isn't the most productive method.
  5. Did you guys bully Play when you were younger or something? Mine was sent out tuesday, arrived today (on the minimum 3 days delivery). Fine by me. As have been other orders. Have not tried out the caravan shotgun yet. Every other item seems like it could be picked up after little exploring, though on this I am not certain. It was just the way a certain general type of wasteland wonderer was described (leather armour & binos).
  6. Impartial to emotional bribance.
  7. I haven't beed arsed to play this since the ehwgvwrowrgv day. Not feeling it now either. Soz folks.
  8. Play got my copy to me today. Played for an hour or two, am enjoying it. Liking the iron sights, vistas (though not enough grey atm!) and I'm glad I have spoiled pretty much nothing. New perks etc is making me excited just a tad, just getting straight back to picking up the odd stimpak and unlocking safes... S'all awesome! As for the PS3 patch: I started playing it at around 4:30 for an hour, had a 15 minute break, rebooted, then the patch was up. Thought it was a bit quick! Ah well, I haven't had any bugs. Yet. I thought I did have one when a woman asked me to shoot some bottles on a fence, because I couldn't see any, turns out I wasted a couple of ferlongs reloading a save file when it turns out they were behind me near a building. Muppetz. Early signs of hardcore indicate it is manageable, however I won't be happy til I have a permanent bed. And have good supplies of food etc. Water is in plenty supply at one location so that's fine for now, and heaven forbid - no rads!.
  9. Not really, it just takes a fair bit of time (totally worth it may I add) and actually a bit of simple hax. There's basically a trophy for winning 50 speech challenges, which is ridiculous because you have to do it in one file I think, and there's not really that many opportunities. However in one place it's easily glitchable to get all 50 from one person. It's the funnest platinum medal I've done, simply because it's the best game I've ever played. Give or take Prime.
  10. Whilst it was disappointing to see it wasn't on the floor below the delivery box (in a bizarre twist, Matt has forgotten what the real name for this is) oh wait, letter box? Yeah. Sorry - 'whilst it was... I didn't mind too much, wasn't fully expecting it, and my excitement isn't really too high at the moment. People have said 'more of the same' which is exactly what I wanted basically, but even so you can't help but feel the hype behind the last one was so much greater way back when, because I was clueless of how amazingly big Fallout was in every way. The only thing that's annoying about this is that some cunts in the year below received their copies, the underserving, under-appreciating cretins.
  11. Mine didn't arrive today. FFS.
  12. Yeah, but lots of the time you can get away without cold blooded if you're playing well and have a good team. I think we discussed the whole thing before, but the bottom line is that I like being technically as powerful as everyone else. I find when it gets to close quarters it can help a lot.
  13. "Your best friend is suing you for 600 million dollars" I say it irl everytime when it rears on spotify.
  14. I'm glad they're taking it out! I just use it so that I can compete a bit more. I'd use cold blooded on every class if it didn't boost weapons by so much.
  15. They are. All the presets of black men in videogames are extremely badass. I'm completely fine with that.

And enough with the forced red text

They mustve got tremendously lucky or they are extremely hax or theyre from America or preoprdered a copy from the future and travelled back with it in a carrot suspending unit.

Believe me, I'd be playing it right naow constantly were it for its being of here at my houze.

Just like you would/should be, you kemp.

  18. Incorrect. Not if you put silencers on weapons - it almost universally helps to have stopping power. Unless my stat sites are lying.
  19. Man, you gotta be a black dude! So much more badass.
  20. dwarf

    Irony lol.

How could one forget such a splendid event?

It aint actually out yet dough, unless dats your jokez. Ize pre-ordered for teh lulz

  21. Just before I stopped borrowing MW2 I was testing out the RPD, and was loving it. I used stopping power without a silencer, which I always use, and it gave me some great scores as well as enjoyable games. Plus, Scavenger isn't as necessary when you're using LMGs. Yeah they make you sluggish, but they are so great for quick kills, and awesome at most distances. Use sleight of hand and stopping power with the RPD and you'll see for yourself. Was the perfect class to mix things up a bit, without doing it at the expense of just substituting for a weaker weapon/class.
  22. Kl. I think I'll just wait now tbh. I like how it'll be a good few weeks before people can really make a proper comparison between it and 3.
  23. I am somehow looking forward to crawling through similar half copy and pasted areas again. Just because it makes the whoe adventure a bit grander and gruesome, and padding in Fallout 3 is awesome, because even if there's just the odd stash of hidden ammo and a weird note, the crawl is well worth it. Just killing enemies period is worth it. VATS OMG!!!! The best thing ever. Whoever invented VATS needs to adopt me. Is ADS any good in this, i.e. does real time combat actually pay off a bit more? I enjoyed the faulty, primitive real-time sniping sneak attacks of 3. The old engine just gives it charm. SyntaX HAx.
  24. What's strange is that you wouldn't dodge a game you were highly considering on the basis that there were reports about bugs. Especially from GiantBomb, who are obviously looking for those kinds of stories. I'm not denying issues exist, but I just find Matthew Caris' behaviour highly childish and uhm... Volatile, even.
  25. I agree, and I think most non-brain-dead people do too. As long as they make the morality thing seem organic, I'm happy. Even if it's actually superficial, it wouldn't bother me as long as I were oblivious. Though clearly, decisions in this are more plentiful and have a greater variety of consequences, showing it has been thought about.
