  1. You know as I wrote that I thought 'instant respect points -100' but after thinking about it I seriously had more fun with Sunshine. Galaxy, while the initial impressions were amazing, it was a short-lived romp through the park.
  2. Thing is, it is very weird thinking that he is actually dead. We won't see any more of him and he is virtually wiped from existance this point on. Its like I just had an epiphany! But seriously it's a saddening thought of him just loosing hope after the shattering death of his fiance. The happy, cheery guy who made us laugh on kids T.V has suddenly felt the need to put himself out of misery.
  3. Challenge is fun though. And yes every game can be improved but certain games you sort of sense that it has missed a trick. Metroid Prime 1, I didn't feel disappointed at all with, it struck most chords and even the minor things that could've been adjusted didn't bother me. Crash Bash, massively flawed, didnt have the 'but they could of done' factor. Sunshine set out and achieved what it was aiming to do even if at the outset it didnt look like it would succeed. Galaxy I felt it could have been much better and taken the elements further to make the experience a lot deeper, instead it was just a slight change. Love the addition of spin attack too, a helping jump at times yet not too powerful. (I still like F.L.U.D.D) Ok these are quite random selections, and Crash Bash isnt better than Galaxy, but Im just trying to clarify my point. (probably confused though)
  4. Well I wouldn't knock Ronaldo's freekicks too much, because he can hit long range ones that a little Hargreaves curl wouldn't manage. That said Hargreaves could probably strike the ball hard if he wanted.
  5. ^That being correct, I don't think it spoiled it. But harsh refs annoy me. Some just abuse authority and love halting play and it's quite irritating. Hargreaves free kick was quite special eh?
  6. Yeah, and also use the Long jump for the gap-sections and you can control the length of it by using control stick, there's a lot of coins and you get a decent amount of time on each square, so finding a place to recover is quite easy if you feel like you're stuck. The most difficult star for me was the one where you have to point and click the bubble things in the Boo stage to collect the purple coins. Took me quite a few goes, and yet I did it first time with Luigi.
  7. ^ Haha, I remember that, everyone hated her. She kept using words like cool for stuff that looked as though she had just been sick on a piece of paper. Awful.
  8. Damn, I also watched him on SMart and thought he was too talented to have the kids T.V presenter role. Im fairly upset actually, and he is more than a celebrity, to those he entertained and taught, I think it's fine to bring up this story.
  9. I don't really think there's a weak stage in the game to be honest bar maybe... Umm. Yeah, there aren't really any. All I would say is that they could have a bit more variety with the Zelda and Metroid stages, but other than that, top shout. Can anyone else not be bothered to learn PokeT moves? 3 chars in one is quite a lot to think about and its probably best to stick to one, even if it means less predictability. And the people i play with seem to despise the pictochat stage, which is one I like. Which side of the fence are you guys on?
  10. Platty, i notice you usually get the final say in this topic, any tips?
  11. What?! If I say this and Mario Kart could've been better then so what? I don't look for flaws, in fact, there's a lot of bad games I love which get bad reviews. One or two points suggested for improvements isn't a bad thing, Im just saying it could/should have been better. Can't have an opposing view here...
  12. I know it's great fun, but it ends quickly, it isn't too difficult and I felt they could have added a bit more. I think the gravity could've been used to greater effect, more gravity puzzles instead of just walking around a sphere. Its great, but could have been improved for me.
  13. Its worth buying above most Wii games but I think its a tad over-rated.
  14. Thankyou to the MU. Scrounged a win. I want to marry Hargreaves.
  15. Number of people you beat. Not races won.
  16. No prob. For the secret elements and really cool moments, I prefer sunshine. It was more fun, imo more challenging, and more enjoyable. Galazy was great, but Sunshine moreso. Nothing about galaxy seemed that epic, basically hop between a couple of small planets, occasionly reach a bigger one, but find out you only spend 30 seconds there. Would have preferred more purple coin missions, which is a bad sign. 64>>>Sunshine>Galaxy
  17. Flameboy, what has become of you?
  18. I don't think Mario Galaxy was that hard, even the harder missions were relatively easy compared to some in 64, and even sunshine. To answer the above question in more detail:
  19. Its the number of people I think, as someone mentioned. But don't feel as though you're ignorant. Jk
  20. This goes into detail about any Freeloader issues, and will probably show you why you are going wrong. http://www.troubleshoot.freeloader.incapable.net
  21. I have Brawl which is more than enough for me to play right now. Once I get a good online connection it's gonna be sweet. Maase don't kill it Anyway, I spotted this for 23.99 here which has really got me thinking about buying it. The old reliable gamestation, is it because they're closing down or being taken over? http://www.gamestation.co.uk/wii/mkwii
  22. So I'm renowned for being unreliable in my sources? Damn if it weren't for the meddling kids.
  23. You'll have clicked the link anyhow, am I right?
  24. How do you do the thing where you write a comment for the link like you click Here and it sends you there? practicing... Here figured out.
