You know, that happens alot. It would make so much sense if it was spelt one way but thanks to english, it's made that more complicated. Anyways, we are now totally oftopic so to get back on track, have people started pre-ordering this yet?

I'm a bit surprised at how much I like having the trophies. I liked to think I was above it, but i'm just not, and it actually sometimes factors into my decision about purchasing/playing a game, though, for the moment, im still buying and playing games with trophies, and in this new year all ps3 must have them. I think though that it's nice to get a little thing saying that you did well at something in the game, but it required a little skill or imagination, and it's one you can't read from the list, e.g. I got a little trophy for taking a pic in Wipeout. Nothing amazing, but felt nice anyways, and I didn't know there was a trophy associated to that.

I actually still haven't bought one as I can't justify to myself why I am buying a controller for the same price as a game.

Im just seeing it from Pit-Jr's point of view, but it seems it will have co-op eventually so this is now a moot point (wonder what that actual phrase means...).

Ditto. Wondering though, the version I ordered had the other pic of it, the one with the dioramo or w/e you call it. Will the box in this pic be in the one I ordered do you think i.e. are they essentially the same thing?

A quick check and you are very right sir, amazon do have it for the cheapest, albeit, not including delivery but thats for the standard version. Now to do decide if I get the CE or not.

Anyone know the best place to pre-order from yet? am leaning towards play.com but could be persuaded by shopto.net. Also, if I get a limited edition, that may stop me from getting resi 5 as Killzone 2 is a must buy for me already along with SF4.

OMG. I think I can either do one of two things: 1. Confess that I am no longer the gamer i was... 2. Confess that games are like crack to me and I get bored a lot earlier than before. OH Deadspace is GOOOOOD. What chapter are you on? And just realised you have a ps3 even though you I have just remembered that you said you had one awhile ago or something to that effect so will add just now. anyways, I swear that Killzone 1 had a co-op mode. Makes sense as there were 4 playable characters.

Well at least we are in 2009 now so its that long a wait till it's released. Problem is, there is alot of other stuff that will be vying for my attention, and then I have some games sat here under my tv that need completing too.

LORD LET THIS BE TRUE! Been maining shotguns in shooters ever since...perfect dark on the 64 with it's glorious double shot effect. I hate it though when they are gimped and require you to hit enemies more than once. If I hit you point blank with my boom stick, that should be the end of you. No ifs, no buts, no coconuts.

Had a really fun night at at some club called...barab i think, in enfield. SOOOO damn cold outside but inside, with all the dancing, we were quite cosy. really proud that I didnt get wasted despite I had so much to drink (a first for me) as I was trying to make a good first impression on my best buds new squeeze and her friend. When the club closed, we went back to theirs where we finished off their bucket of chicken. Nothing more sadly but that wasn't the plan. We just wanted to have a memorable New years (cannot for the life of me remember what i did last year). Then had some jokes this morning, and after a long drive, have just gotten home. Think I am a bit hungover now, listening to Kanye's latest. Plenty of photos too so very pleased with how 2008 has ended overall. EDIT: what could have made it better though was if my friend that I asked out on the day after boxing day had told me if she had made up her mind but at least i havent gotten a no so remaining positive. Think I really need a beer shit =/

The latest manga issue of Naruto (chap 430) is, well, the shit. Was amazed it was available, but now im annoyed that I have to pretty much wait two weeks to read more.
