I'll be getting the Collectors Edition hopefully. If I'm that bothered about that extra interview, then I'll just download it from somewhere. If you're a massive Halo fan though, you'll definitely want to get the Legendary Edition.

Yeh, you're right. Don't agree with them other two saying that it'll just be good old GTA but just next-gen'd up with amazing cut-scenes etc. There's got to be some major advancements on the formula, and Rockstar know that after seeing slow sales of the PSP games, and because of the increased competition with other franchises that have recently come about like Saints Row and Crackdown. They need something unique to set them apart from those games, and others that are bound to come out this year as well.

Watching it as well, and I agree that it's pretty boring football. There have been two great goals though, with one of which being a blinding free kick by Ronaldo. DVI is a digital signal instead of analogue which VGA is. I'm not 100% sure on what characteristics make it better than VGA, but I get a better picture on my monitor using the DVI over VGA. Watching video content is probably where I've seen the biggest improvement with DVI. But yeh, most of the better monitors these days will come with both DVI and VGA connections. OT - Your sig's quite high btw.

Yesterdays episode was brilliant I felt, and added some real decent story after last weeks pointless (but enjoyable) episode. Great to see more focus go back to the beach and some of the characters around there. Watched the episode in HD as well. Think I may just download HD versions from now on as well.

I totally agree with that. I love seeing Arsenal loose, but when it's Europe you just want all premiership teams to be winning their matches against the other teams in Europe to show our league is indeed superior. Tbh though, it really is already above all the rest.

What the hell. No understanding of it obviously. And you don't need to be absolutely amazing at maths to be a coder, although of course it would help some what. If you just understand java and other OOP languages then you can easily adapt.

Well I wouldn't say their defense is bad.......I was prob wrong saying that, but it's just they're more of an offensive team obviously. Kind of the way Brazil plays, as in they always need to be playing well up-front.

Yeh, you're right. That doesn't make sense.........but Barca suffer at the back. If I was to put money on a winner though, then that would be Liverpool. I can see a draw though.

1 hour until the best match of the week. I'm hoping for a great game, and for Liverpool to knock Barcelona out. Would be great to see Chelsea get knocked out as well, as no one would have any idea as to who would win it then. My prediction for Liverpool v Barcelona is 2-2.

Good thread......and an interesting read. I'm at Uni at the moment studying digital animation, and hopefully once I've finished here and got a decent demo reel I'll move onto working as an environmental games artist. That's the dream anyway.
