Sorry, Madonna I just can't accept. One of the most successful artists of the time, for a reason. She has had periods of great musical artistry, her Ray Of Light period being the most famous (and best). Unlike people like Kylie Mingoue who feel like generic defined.

Amy Winehouse Just saw her at Glasgow on the first show after her infamous birmingham performance. It wa sso stunning and heatrtwarming. The reception was amazing, and she was obviously so happy. I saw her as a real person ,not how the media portrays her. She's funny, and so very human. I'm so happy for her, and I hope she puts herself back together with the confiedence she gained from tonight. 5/5 overall

Seeing Amy Winehouse tonight. Hope she's better than she was at Birmingham the other night.

Matter of opinion. There are songs that make me want to throw up at the first sign of them though. Majority of Take That's musical career, if not all of it, for example.

7/10 I kindof hate her/his face. -
Um..yeah. For countless years people have looked to a "god" or "gods" for help and salvation. In today's age we live in MEDC's where we no longer have to/need to (in most cases). We can produce are own food on our own trms, rather than praying for a good harvest etc. People developed these ideas into a book and books, which spread the word back in the olden days. I need salvation ,more than most it seems. Yet i'm not having some spiritual awakening or something. If I do, i'll be so happy. To know that there is something after death, rather than have a void or nothingness that threatens to engulf me every second of every day that is incomprehensible. I'm pretty sure i'll go insane at some point in my life. Bit unfair, but I guess I think too deeply into things. I just don't see God existing personally, and my brain doesn't accept it, because it doesn't. At least I used to believe, rather than being raised a crazy atheist or something. I've witnessed religion do such damage pretty close to home, and it's so pointless and again makes me want to give them a slap. Things happen and I think "Of course it would be me." . God punishing me? Maybe.

We watched a video in RE today about religion and homosexuality. I'm not sure what conclusions wer esupposed to be drawn from it, but personally, it's quite sad for me to watch when men and women are denying what they are to conform to something so imaginary. And yes, it is imaginary. One can have faith in the imaginary though. We imagine what god/heaven is like after all. The fact most religions discriminates makes me want to throw the bible out the window, i'm sorry.

How come hardly anyone knew who Nightmare was? Famously in SCII! Hmm. Got nothin to add'. -
As well as my simple disability to believe, that is another thing. I could say that I believe that Batman is a real person, solving crimes and fighting villains. How is that any different except for the that millions don't agree with me?

*repeats for about the 34th time on this forum* My brain doesn't accept the exsitence of a being made from a book. I wish I did believe, seriously. I'm terrified of death, and if I had the blissful "ignorance" (I hesitate to use that word) of believing, I think I probably wouldn't be scared. Death actually haunts me. So, no. There is no "God". I like the idea of "Spirit" kinda things in nature. I'm also annoyed amssively by most religions. They often promote utterly pointless ideas/ideals and just monger hate (however, I am aware of the actual point of religion, as I once was a christian, so I feel I have 'an informed opinion"). What's wrong with Homosexuals? "Nothing, they're just going to hell". WTF?

I like the Killers. One of the only current "chart" bands that I can actually bring myself to listen. Like their lyrics, sound and songs overall. I think it's the way peoples brains are wired. I think Bjork is like 5 levels above most other artist, but other people don't and think she can't sing and just wails. This makes me instantly think they must be stupid or something. But with liking avant-garde peopole comes a sense of superiority. You don't notice it until people like Bard and Oxigen (mainly Bard) go on about it. I personally can enjoy almost all genres of music. I mean BootyLuv's "Shine" isn't as credible artistically as "Pagan Poetry" by Bjork, but does that mean I have to slag it off to the extreme? No. I think it's the way to totally rip things to shreads, Bard. You don't like them = shitshitweshitcrapawfultalentless etc. Eh, i'm over it. In the end, everyone's entitled to listen to what they want. I like having a music taste than can accept most things (maybe it's "musical ignorance", i'm sure to you it is).

One year our History teacher (the silence was in the middle of history) said that we weren't going to have the silence, since his whole job is rememberance, and that if he felt that he hadn't fully understood the extent of the wars, that he was a bad history teacher. I think he was right.

*walks in* Hmm. Yeah, the fox acted more like Tails than Fox, personally. -
It's not awesome. It's one of their better songs though. I don't get whats so amazing about the "ss". It's actually quite annoying, yet funny. I've listened to Tori Amos too much recently. I fear i'm losing touch with Bjork and it's scary.

I slept through it, but I have strong views on it, so that counts. I got my White poppies on friday night, so I couldn't wear them at school... I'll just wear one tomorrow.

Last play I saw was 12th Night starring Mathew Kelly (!), of all people. Twas good. I like Shakespeare. Last musical..can't remember! Probably Mama Mia, and that was like 3 years ago. I liked Cats, until my sister literally either had the soundtrack or DVD on all day for about a year.

I've been listening to Tori Amos non-stop basically for like 2 weeks. Feels like I'm neglecting my other artists, especially Bjork.

*hugs his Alien quadrilogy* The original Alien3 idea and plot sounds so weird and cool. It tells you all about it on the DVD. It's like monks instead of convicts, and on a wooden planet, for a large joke. Also the Alien has a human mouth, and it kills you by kissing you, shoving it's crazy spiked tongue down your throat, which hooks on, then retracting it, thereby pulling your insidese out literally.

*wins in Scotland* *wins in Edinburgh* *wins since despite him being literally a 2 minute walk from the sea, he lives up a hill, so the water will have to take longer to get up, giving him more time to escape* --- I hate global warming and the end of the world in general.
