Kate Nash feels like a diamond in the rough. At first, I didn't think much of her album, but I started hearing a real passion and musician behind it all. Mariella, We Get On and Little Red FTW. ----- Oh yeah, Bjork wins my life. If my life ever up for grabs, she'd get it. I can't wait to see her! And CSS in like 2 weeks exactly.

It's not controversial me giving transformers 5/10. RottenTomatoes Twitch (Notice "yawn-enducing" in the last paragraph. metacritic All mediocre scores. Sure, we're meant to have our own opinions, and I do. They just happen tom match many of the critics.

Only 2 films in recent memory get below a 5, so it's not even that bad. Bratz and UltraViolet both get a 3. And ReZ can't accept that I preferred Atonement to Transformers, and is blind to the fact it is literally a good film.

5/10 isn't bad. I fell asleep during the final fight scene. I don't find boring robots fighting for no reason I could understand interesting. Then again, Bratz had like no story, but it was so loud I stayed awake. 7/10 is a solid good, enjoyable film for me. I didn't enjoy Transfomers, so 5. It wasn't actualy a bad movie, however.

Dunno about covers, I got it off a friend, and it's good, but I didn't notice any covers. I probably just don't know the original songs. :p

I liked Catwoman. It's funny (in the way where it's meant to be serious). Saw Bratz (NOT MY CHOICE BEFORE YOU ASK), and it's exagerated, it's badness. It's like a 3/10 or something. (Bearing in mind that Transformers is 5/10)

Seriously, fuck you. You know nothing about anyone on here. He listens to Avril Lavigne. He likes it. He listens to Joan As Policewoman. He likes it. He listens to Tegan + Sara. He likes it. etc etc. Music is there to be listened to. SOMETIMES (!) the charts actually do what they're supposed to, pick out good tunes. Good is a blanket term here. While Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne isn't an emotional explosion of furiosity or whatever, it's a simple, doesn't take itself to seriously dance song. I like to think I can respect musical tastes, simply because my tastes encompass almost everything. Your own tastes evidently don't. Just because I listen to Avril lavigne occassionally doesn't mean I'm holding her as highly as I do people like Bjork or Tori Amos. To be honest, you can have your opinions, but please try not to be a dickhead when you have them. You belittle a person when you belittle their musical tastes. Learn to properly respect them. Why don't you just say you don't like that artists and say why? Why the insults? *awaits reply/witty remark/example of how respectful you are* Snow Patrol annoy me, because some of their songs (like 2) I LOVE, and some annoy me to hell (Chasing effing cars). With Leona's voice, it makes Run a lot better. I kinda liked their version too though, after I saw them live.

... Well that's odd, cause I saw a band called Thursday, and then I looked them up in HMV and on iTunes and found some tracks of theirs they played on the night.

I saw them when they supported MCR. The sound wasn't very good for them, or maybe it was just the singer.. They were ok otherwise.

I might be the only person ever to really like My Heart Will Go On. I don't find her voice that annoying, but then I liek unusual voices. I can understand Billie, though.

Both Deliah and B.P are lyrically well made, and good songs. I dilsike Delilah, becuase of his voice. I love MCR, and calling Black Parade a bad song is like saying the Queen is 12. You may dislike it, but technically it is not by any means a bad song in terms of strucutre an lyrics whatever. Neither is Delilah, though it's worse, just cause it's very dull.

Not really, it's very harmless and not very impacting, if you know what I mean. But then, it's neither particularly nice or soothing to listen to, and once again doesn't really do very well in the middle ground. The chorus is OK.

30 Days Of Night 7/10 It's a joke ,and isn't totally cliche. It was pretty good, but yeah had some bits I didn't get/understand. I'm over it though, as it was a laugh.

Well that's coming from a caucasian person (me). Of course it applies ot every race, I was just using 2 examples. I think it'd be unlikely that a homosexual person will use "gay" as an insult.

But that's the impact of the song. If it was Westlife/Take that "insert generic love song lyrics" song, It would be shite. I prefer slightly edgier music. It's ok, but still kinda dull with not much stand out stuff lyric wise. It's also ruined by the cheesy music, and the fact that she doesn't sound like she actually knows what she's singing about. I will retract my Kylie statement though. She did some stuffa while back I liked. Kinda unusual. I think it was 'Slow" and "Chocolate".

Same as me calling the idea, "Black" or "Asian". Or worse, a slang swear version of those. Thankfully, i'm not a racist. ------ Sounds good/I haven't topped up my phone for like 3 months or something. I have no money on it.
