Hey, I'll defend P!nk through hell and highwater (usually), but it just clunked along so many times during it's length it was exruciating. This Kelly Clarkson song is like the rockier, louder, faster, better version of that. It actually sounds like a "rock star". (while still being pop-orientated)

First day of (a 3-day) art exam. Went lovelyly. I'm with 3 other peeps in a cleared out studio (not my set, the other art set, hee) with a life model we're hiring. She's ridiculously friendly, a wonderful south african accent in my ears. It's her birthday on Friday, so we're giving her a present for that and her modelling for us. I love my thing so far. It's kina...pastelly in colour, but really softly painted in oil paint. Mrs. P said she really liked it and said it reminded her of Elizabeth Frink (IIRC), who I've never heard of. I'm gonna research her now. Mr.P liked it too actually, a rarity. However, Lucy, the girl in my class on an art scholarship is a bit good. Just really dynamic. Mine's the least exciting painting in the room, but better than the sculpture a girl is doing.

I never read blurbs on DVD's and try to avoid trailers to films, as I don't believe (good) films were intended to be watched by an audience tht knows everything that happens.

I am fucking addicted to My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson. It's like what So What by P!nk would like, if it were actually a brilliantly shameless pop song, that flowed well. --- Coldplay are just generica. I feel no reason to listen to them when a song of theirs comes on iTunes. They don't even have a token famous track that it generally acceptable, it's all roughly the same deal. They aren't bad, but they aren't good. As others have said. ----- I can't be arsed listening to Sarah Mclachlan. I like the overplayed song Angel (used in X Factor sad moments etc), and I keep being recommended her as I love Tori Amos and stuff, but I'm not really interested in just a piano-girl. I love her song with Delerium though. Her voice works on cheesy trance songs.

Yes, but to be fair to him, his music taste doesn't exactly gel with those that are generally considered to have decent music taste. : peace: ---- ZOMG Epilepsy Is Dancing by Antony & The Johnsons Wonderful new video from him/them. The album is amazing btw. (The Crying Light 8.6 on Pitchfork) Not safe for work.

Yeah, Coldplay make good music, I just don't really like it. Scouting For Girls have one instrumental they add new (all similar) lyrics and melodies too.

I liked Paranoid Park. But then I tend to enjoy "arty" films. We saw it on the Washington/New York art trip last year, and opinion was split.

They usually get a few decent/accurate nominations in, but there's very little decency this year. I love how theres a critic award, the only one that seem to acknowledge any good talent (The final 3 in that category were Florence, Little Boots and White Lies), when awards should really only be chosen by critics in any case. This is just a popularity contest (the Brits).

I added darksnowman and Molly to my friends roster, and I've got another few to add still. Just unlocked Baby Daisy! Attempts to unlocked Daisy herself resulted in me getting SECOND place in the 150cc Special Cup. Great... Also, how do I get Mirror Mode? And can someone further explain staff ghosts? I beat them, but it annoyingly doesn't tell me which ones I have and haven't done in the past. Will it just say "Expert Staff Gosts unlocked" after I beat EVERY staff ghost on all races?

I never wear belts. They felt like a joke when I was slightly emo, with my studded ones, and were I thinner/more nu-rave, I'd wear cool coloured ones, but I never NEED them.
