Had such a pointless trek out to Stevenson College (ugh) in Sighthill (ugh) to attend a thing run by Duncan of Jordanstone art college, showing off successful protfolios to potential applicants. I saw my friend Tasha's folio, for a joke. Otherwise, I kinda hated the feeling I got. How the standard was really varied, and how so many of the amazing painters were really shitty, typical girls. Like...diary-cum-sketchbook, adding wings to paintings of themselves, going on about topshop in their artwork. Reminded me of everything I hate about insincerity. [/generalisation/sexist] I screamed inside (remained stoney-faced on the exterior) when during the introductory speech, a school group arrived in late, and one of the girls looked exactly like Maeby Bluth, with nicer hair. I wanted to touch. (her) (hair) The trip back to art college took an hour and a half, since Sighthill is both literally and figuratively filthy, and our bus broke down. I did do a brilliant drawing/rubbing away of charcoal on a page this afternoon though. FUCK ASSESMENT TOMORROW I should finish off some of my sketchbook pages. UGH BIG sketchbooks. My least favourite kind.

I'd like to see prostitution legalised to a degree, a bit more like Amsterdam. The prostitutes there have a taxable profession, and all have to live in safe environments, a bit like brothels/brothels. Streetwalking is illegal, and prostitutes can go to a free clinic right near the red light district for check-ups whenever. It's much safer for all involved.

Hmmm, although. I don't find her particularly attractive . She has nice hair and a devious face though. She said something (can't remember what) when she logged off that added only more fuel to the fire, but I can't remember what. Right now I'm not convinced that's it. I get the impression she'd could kill someone by staring at them, and she has a plan.

The girl on my course who keeps chatting to me on facebook and took over the running/organisation of my birthday night has given me a weird vibe since I first met her 3 weeks ago. She's nice, but it's like she has a facet I've yet to see...makes me feel peculiar. Now I think it's cause she might be flirting...or something? Dunno. I'm mildly scared of what lies beneath.

I personally can't stand Fidelity by Regina. All the singles from that album just bore me now. On The Radio, Fidelity and Better. Plus Samson is done better on Songs. The rest of Begin To Hope is fine. I hate Far the most though, as an album.

Although, they were pretty decent when they first started, with Siobhan. Basically, Mutya Buena made them mildly interesting, for a girl band. Then she left and they became crap.

I made a facebook event for my birthday night out, then a girl on my course did as well (for my birthday), but on the same night, confusing me greatly. Disaster averted, you can all calm down. I hated my weekend project at college today, compared to everyone elses. Honestly never used such an awful medium (oil pastel). Couldn't do anything but make a garrish child's drawing. tried to work more into it tonight failed. Customised my sketchbook instead.

Hardly Wait is by PJ Harvey for those not it the know (you left that bit out ;P). I heard the cover the other day, as gonna post it here ,but forgot. It was nice, but then I'm also not a fan of covers that are direct "copies". Though I enjoyed it. I prefer Juliette Lewis' version though.

I actually quite like the taste of most alcoholic drinks that are traditionally served. Except straight vodka (but why would you have that in the first place?) and Whiskey usualy tastes worse than it does good. (to me)
