  1. I'm actually really looking foward to it. They're definitely a band who isn't afraid of change. I like Na Na Na (not love), but I like the visual and general style they've got going on now. AND Grant Morrison is involved. Had me at hello.
  2. Fine. It's generally a known way to post in "..post above" threads, but whatever. I know. By "loud" I really meant that I sortof assume the intention with music like that is to blow everyone's mind with how intense it all is, but for me, it always falls flat.
  3. Fair enough. :p
  4. Why don't you just rate the song above like you're meant to, AND any other ones you fancy? Just makes my post pointless... Anyway. Dragonforce is...not my cup of tea. It's cool that someone can play guitar that fast. *shrug* I just don't click with music that is more athleticism than artistry (imo). It comes across as one of those songs that is meant to be "FUCK! SO LOUD!" but then I'd personally rather listen to Sleigh Bells for that. ---
  5. Oh. How long were you there for? 2 weeks? Last few times I've been, I've been for 3 weeks, so I'm just used to having like...extra time on my hands. I guess.
  6. It actually does as well. Never noticed that before/not listened to the song in a long time.
  7. Told me very little. You get a bit more excited when it picks up, but even the "pick up" falls into a sort of monotony. Sounds like I've heard it all before. Serviacable I suppose.
  8. Hmm, sounds they updated the participation bit. No green screen when I was there - the participation was more similar to, as you said, MGM, the boat bit. Lots of water (i think??), and then a bit where someone becomes a "stunt man" or something. The ride sounds exactly the same though. And yeah the MGM backlot is fun too (IMO).
  9. WTF. They were redoing Disaster (used to be Earthquake!) last time I was there - assumed it would be actually be different. Sounds exactly the same. Maybe they made it look less dated. I participated once. Is that the one with loads of water and stuff? I remember having to pull a lever. Or something. It was good. OMG you didn't do T2?!1!/

    Iron Man 3

Yeah, to make it a bit more special, magic would be such a joke. And provide a credibly threat. I remember reading an Iron Man issue randomly without any context when I was younger, and IM and Mandarin were like on their last legs, fighting within an insanely huge Dragon spaceship/airship thing that was falling to the ground, like blood and tears. The Avengers were all screaming on the ground. It was Black Widow, Justice and Falcon - the three you'd rather not have in that situation. Apart from that, never read any issue with Mandarin.
  11. It fucking starts two lines in. Ruins the effect. /It's the same. Great song though.
  12. It's not particularly good. Better than the Claremont run immediately after (Revolution), but that told more jokes as it failed at life. It is however, the last big epic Marrow would participate in as an X-Man. Marrow was then cast aside, only to have a shit life from there on in. She was so stun. I did like the concept of the The Twelve being a bit too good, like...hands shaking with too much power.
  13. I have it in a first edition Goblet of Fire - which would be worth money apparently, but it was my reading copy, so has a bent spine and stuff. Why didn't my mum buy me an extra to ruin?
  14. All of you SHUT THE FUCKup. I wanna see some faec. Some faeces. Everyone's faeces.
  15. I keep reading the title of this as Drug Addict Vasectomy Bride, which is the most brilliant band-name. BAGSY.
  16. I feel shitty.
  17. Can we have Rate the last film thread back? If not, fine.
  18. I'm so bored.
  19. John. http://n-europe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28453 Though I much prefer your title. Could be a 1970's TV show not necessarily aimed at children, but perfectly fine for them to watch.
  20. Change Vote: No Lynch
  21. Lal. Vote: Diageo
  22. Fuck you all.
