So we going to do something then? We need to concentrate on one target or the other. I'm willing to go either way, but people need to talk!

Is it not the laser you need, to open the barrier? Afaik that's also a Jiggoseum Grunty challenge. For some reason the Jiggoseum has two.

Apparently it's much worse than the N64 version. I don't know though, I'm only up to Terrydactyland. I found the GGM races to be much easier than I remember the N64 ones to be.
-
Is it just me, or is Tooie alot easier than the N64 version was? I don't remember the minigames like the kickball, the balloon game, the dodgems etc being so easy. I mean I got 85 on the 3v1 dodgems match, where the target is 40. Having said that I haven't played the Saucer of Peril yet :p

So your saying your the dark skinned man, presumably Barack Obama (or knowing you Tellyn, maybe David Palmer :p). Not sure about that, Jonas did say the characters alignments weren't going to be based on how they appear. Double vote fits Obama's sort of "charisma" vibe though, but equally I can see him heading the mafia. And your claim of needing a simple investigation strikes me as an all too obvious way for the don to get out of it, since the don often appears good when investigated. My suspicion of you only grows I'm afraid.

Well, Swine flu does have DNA from humans/birds/pigs, so technically what we could be looking at is flying/talking pork scratchings.

It's not a part of my power. Rather, I think it's a part of Tellyns. He is "angry" about what I did, which makes me think it's a part of his role that he has to vote for someone if they target him during the night, or something. Has anybody else targeted Tellyn at all? Afaik this is the first time he's done this, so whether it's specific to my character or not I'm not sure. Also, I find the defending of Maase interesting. I think we all commit to killing one or the other, and will thereby know about the other the following day. Though I am more inclined to do Tellyn first; if he is a badguy, he might plan that defending Maase (as a mafioso obviously he would know he was good) would make him look good. So let's kill Tellyn today, Maase tomorrow? Change Vote:Tellyn

how can adults think this is acceptable?
Gizmo replied to Chris the great's topic in General Chit Chat
Short answer to the topic title: they aren't adults. From maturity onward. -
FYI Tellyns vote for me is a by-product of my power. I act as a protector, but block the persons power. I got a PM saying Tellyn seemed "angry", presumably to do with my blockage. My guess is it's a forced vote due to the nature of his character. Vote:Maase

Anyone else see the parallel between Infamous + Uncharted beta and Crackdown + Halo beta? :p Apparently sandbox games are the medium of choice for distributing the next big shooter beta :p

Almost missed school today too. Parents aren't here at the moment, and I forgot to set my alarm last night. Had I slept normally, I'd have definately been late. Luckily I woke up at around 5am, and when I went to check the time noticed the alarm wasn't set. Bacon = saved!

Gothic beat me to it, but I was intending on posting: "Your missing Citizen Erased". I'd also recommend The Small Print, Plug In Baby and Assassin.

Quite clear the Tories have jumped on the moral bandwagon just because they know how the public opinion on this is, and are using it to get at Brown. Not that that's a bad thing.

I quite like the "4D" definition of time. Yes, the "second" is a unit of measurement, in the same way that a "metre" is. But that distance still exists; we just use this standardised unit to compare two different distances. This applies in the same way to time. So if you think about a 2D graph and the idea of co-ordinates on this graph. Go along one box to the right, along one upwards, and you have the co-ordinate (1,1) based on the standardisation of the amount of distance you've travelled along from the point we're calling the origin. So then expand this to a position in a 3D space, let's say a room. The corner of this room is the origin. There could be a ball in this room 3 units along the x axis, 4 along the y and 5 along the z. Then think about when this ball is at that position - in our society we would call it April, 2009, Tuesday, whatever. (for purposes of explaining, let's call the year 0 AD the origin of this axis). So the ball is 5 metres away from the corner of the room upwards, 4 metres away forwards, 3 metres away right - and 2009 years away from the origin in terms of time. That is it's position in the universe (in our terms). So the thing to wonder is - if we can move freely between the 3 axes that we know of as humans, is it possible through technology to move freely along this 4th axis? Using Einsteins theory that it is possible would support this theory: the fact that we are unable to travel forwards would support the idea that the universe is always expanding. Our consciousness of the "passage of time" is simply this 4th axis expanding. People often wonder "if the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into?" in terms of the three "normal" axes, but it's the same principle as time, which we do not question. It's simply a universal law. Timetravel would simply be us moving along this axis in the same way we do all the others. It is linear - it's a straight axis - but it's relative to the other axes, which keep it without paradox. These ideas are simply my interpretations of the bits and bobs of physics I know of - time linearity and so on - which I don't know the ins and outs of yet. Therefore it's possible my understanding of the linearity theory, 4D theory, Einsteins theory, etc my be flawed. Hopefully within a couple of years I'll be studying Physics at University, as this sort of stuff really interests me, so I'll have a better informed idea.

I find it somewhat disappointing that people can move here freely because they live in an EU country, but others can't despite fighting for us in wars.
