    Nintendo Switch paid online coming 2018

    If the money is going towards infrastructure and dedicated (read; decent) servers then I'll happily pay it.

    £1.50 a month is minimal in the grand scheme of things and I'd consider paying that alone for decent cloud storage and for the app to be expanded to many other games beyond Splatoon 2, hopefully with some kind of messaging service. I'll likely ignore the VC feature. Discord seems like it would be better.

    Anything else (including a few NES games with online) is a bonus. Expand that to N64 & GC with online capability in a Netflix style service and I'd happily be prepared to pay 2 or 3 times the current asking price, provided the service was up to Nintendo's usual standards (not online though, obviously...)

    Anyone else pick this up?

    I got it last week and have been playing through Bayonetta 1, finished it last night on normal difficulty. Still adore these games and definitely glad it got a re-release on Switch. Trying to go through again and buy everything from the shop / get some platinum trophies, which I'm really struggling to do. The first game is way harder than the second as I remember. I platinumed that one pretty easily, but the first game is proving to be a struggle. Was watching a walkthrough of the game last night and it's amazing how much slowdown there is on the 360 version, where as on the Switch I didn't notice it at all docked, though there were minor instances in the handheld. 

    Will start the second one soon, and hope the third gets a release in time for Xmas :grin:

    Over 10 million sales worldwide. Fully deserved.

    I loaded the game up again this past week and it is an absolute blast to play, loving balloon world. Currently sat at 719 moons and have rediscovered the desire to go for all of them. On reflection, I probably prefer it to Sunshine, but only just ;)

    I got this a while ago because it was dirt cheap on the Russian store. Think I paid about £2.50 for it, an absolute bargain. It's easily one of my favourite indie titles on the Switch. I've also only managed to get to the 4th chamber, but there are a wealth of secrets to find and shortcuts to unlock which makes a play through easier. I've upgraded the lift so I can start from the 3rd floor and have a choice of 3 new weapons from the start. Never been interested in rouge-like games before, but this is one I've kept coming back to.

    I was absolutely in love with everything about the game up until Chapter 6 when the story started to feel a bit too on the nose but the gameplay stayed as compelling until the very end and it has one of the best musical scores I've ever heard in a game. Is there any more to do after the B-sides? I'm sure it'll probably take me another week to finish those though but I would love to play it even more

    Apparently there are C side levels as well. Haven't unlocked them yet.

    You can't, because Nintendo. You have to delete them from the system memory and redownload them with the SD card inserted.

    Somehow I managed to miss this game on 3DS and every other platform it’s released on since, so it’s great to finally check it out on the Switch. Really enjoying what I’ve played of it so far too, so much so that I’m already considering the sequel and SteamWord Heist as well!

    The original is well worth it for the discounted price. Also picked it up and going through it before I start 2.
