I'm glad you confirmed what I was thinking @DuD. I put that point forward for a reason. He said that if I revealed my target he would have reveal his role, in which case he would probably be lynched if he was a protector or spend the rest of the game protecting himself. So I don't think he's a protector anymore. And no one so far has attested to suffering his wrath/being targeted by him to fill us in on what he does. Anyway, I said I'd happily reveal my target if he was more forthcoming with his information, as I don't trust him at all.

You're being very selective in quoting history there. I was under the impression that one side would only have one type of each role hence why I suspected he was Mafia, but obviously I know now that isn't the case. Anyway, you present a poor argument and you know it. I didn't need to roleblock you; if you killed me that night, my death would show up along with the Mafia kill. You would be lynched within 5 seconds. Hell, even if it had been any other person killed you'd have practically confirmed it. There was also the possibility that your 'piano player' description was correct, which to me sounded like a protector who occupies a player for the night and therefore would render my power useless. The argument becomes farcical when you consider that if I was Mafia, given you are the only one voicing that I am a mafioso I would have targeted you to be killed. We all know that didn't happen. Follow up post: I find it interesting that somebody who interrogates people over their forum activity stats chooses to use invisible mode to avoid similar judgement on themself. Interesting indeed.

Cube clearly has no incentive to place solely good characters as good guys anyway proven by Vader, so having a character name wouldn't prove anything (my character is not evil though). I already explained the method by which I roleblock further back so it's completely trivial to guilt determination. It's up to you if you want to reveal, if not then don't bother pushing the point as it won't get you anywhere.

No the deal was you reveal your role and target. I've already revealed my role so I don't see why I should have to wait for that too.

The only logical conclusion to draw here is that you would refuse to reveal anything after I did. This kind of behaviour is exactly why you come across as scum to me and have done for the majority of the game. You even confessed to deceiving people earlier regarding the Tipper Truck (herein Tipper-gate) so there's personally no way I can trust you right now. If you want to win back trust, you have to take a leap of faith and be willing to disclose your information first. Think of it as proving yourself as a co-operative player.

My apologies, but the crux of my point is still there. If someone is masquerading/pretending to be a character you mentioned (cryptically) I find it odd that you haven't said anything about it or reacted. Anyway the more important point is below: Although this is my first Mafia I can honestly say that this sounds like totally the wrong attitude to have. If you can't be bothered reading long posts then why bother playing? You might have a point about that long post I did if it was pointless, but you are wrong. My long post was theory, and I might have got a bit carried away. But it was still nonetheless very useful to have read. Even though it was off the mark about Dohnut being neutral (although right about there possibly being a neutral character knocking about), it exposed his lies and/or misleading people and single-handedly caused him to reveal his 'actual' character (although he has kept schtum about nearly everything else). Again, I am not trying to initiate anything. I have been on Dohnut's case for days so my vote should come as no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention to the game. I am happy to vote ReZ if people do not rally to my cause but Dohnut seems the more likely bet to me. Even Diageo was calling for his death right before he was lynched.

Ha, as if. I've been on Dohnut's case for days and you know it. If I was Mafia, he'd most certainly be my first choice of kill and be in a coffin right now. The fact he isn't should be clearly telling you something. I think ReZ being idle and yet actively making choices is very suspicious (I did say I may still vote him today) but still second to my suspicions of Dohnut. Also I don't know what the hell you were doing posting the Tipper Truck info further back and then neither confirming or denying it was Dohnut when asked, nor countering Dohnut when he on 3 or 4 occasions said that you were the one who revealed his character (which we now know was a lie). This makes me think you're in cahoots with Dohnut (why else not call someone out for lying and implicating you in their lie?)

Hey, all I'll say to that is that I'll tell you who I targeted if you level the playing field and tell me the same (and also what your role does). Reason being you're one of the dwindling numbers of 'active' posters who hasn't revealed what your role actually does which is making me think it's likely something scummy. You keep using the logic that you want my name to determine whether I'm scum (which doesn't make sense because Vader was town). But that logic can easily be applied to you in not revealing what your role does. So Dannyboy was attacked on two separate occasions and is now dead. On N1 Dohnut you said you targeted him, and now he's not alive to confirm with us what your role is. Convenient. Either way it's reasonable to assume you knew from his post that he wouldn't be on for a while to use as an alibi who probably wouldn't respond anyway. Daring, but the lack of any other person coming forward to state they've had piano played for them is making me think true. But someone please, by all means, tell us what this compulsive liar does! Serious cooling (often for high overclocking) usually involving water-cooling or insanely large and often obstructive fans like the crazy sized Noctua NH-D14: Mental size if you ask me and obviously a lot louder than the EVO. The 212 EVO keeps your PC really cool and does so quietly, for £30 it's a steal. It has a massive heatsink too so the fan doesn't have to work as hard. And yeah the one that comes with the processor is a joke. :p Yup that's the case I bought and I bought it from ebuyer too. I only suggested WAE as it was cheaper and cost was an issue.

I don't agree with DuD voting himself personally (or votingat all for anyone but another candidate if he's running himself). If other people want him elected they should vote him. The double vote should not be used to keep yourself in power, I think it goes against the ideals of the role of trust (pro scum lyncher)

It's useful visiting Crucial UK to download the system scanner to see exactly what the max your system can support. Also DDR3 RAM is so cheap these days, it's most cost effective to just go with 2 x 4GB matched sticks (Corsair Vengeance is good) as you can fetch it for just £40. And if your system can support it, go with the 667.

I had the exact same issue and it was due to the graphics card not being seated properly in the bay. Try that. Also do you have a diagnoser LED light on your board? That way you can find out the exact problem. Loose connections is often an issue, also check your RAM is seated down properly and check they're in the right slots for dual config. Processor is hard to fuck up since it has to be correctly aligned for the protector to even clasp down. My bet is the graphics card as it is a big thing that is easy to not slot in fully. Easy way to check this - remove the graphics card and connect directly to the onboard mobo HDMI. Does it boot? There's sometimes more than one slot that the graphics card can go in too, Note that the disc drive shouldn't be needed to just see the BIOS boot screen. I also connect via HDMI so that shouldn't be an issue. Also check all the power cords are connected up to everything, also check there is a keyboard and mouse hooked up (without a keyboard my PC doesn't even show anything). Check every component you can see and failing that, my best advice would be to go through everything again. Most of the time it fixes things! Good luck.
