lol, you'd never make it that far with your bare hands.

I had the saw cleaver and blunderbuss until I got the Tonitrus, which is seriously awesome. I now have that and Ludwig's Holy Blade as my 2 main weapons. I really love this game and already I'm coming across all the sorts of From Software nuances that I love. Going to really enjoy NG+ on this one! Played too much this weekend, so so good.

It's the best game they've ever done. I don't say that lightly. Combat is refined and attacking feels skilful, rather than crawling around corners with a 100% damage blocking shield. There's trick weapons so weapons can work in more than one situation. 'Bonfires' are far more spread out, upping the difficulty. And loads of other things that I think I'd be spoiling if I went into too much detail. The bosses are also ridiculously fun!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Wii U / Switch
Sheikah replied to darkjak's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I think they should take their time with it and make a great game. -
This game is amazing. God tier game right here.

@Shorty now Bloodborne is here I can't see us playing it much any time soon, but if it's any consolation I've found out that the demo for this game is indeed online, and that you can import your demo character into the full game if you buy it.

ooo err Matron? My copy should be here tomorrow!
-
I can see @Zell browsing, you're not around today right? Seeing as it's a normal we can always fill up on plebs from LFG if need be.
-
Do you fancy doing one at half 7 or so? I'll sign up for that with you now. Then the raids at quarter past 8. Any other takers for last spot for that nightfall?
-
To say that you'll do something, then not do it, is dishonest. Stick that logic in your pipe and smoke it.

We could do a quick run through of Crota on normal mode tonight (with a switch at Deathsinger for extra loot), wouldn't take long. It'd also be good to do before people all start playing Bloodborne. Tonight 8:15 PM normal Crota [sheikah] [space] [space] [space] [space] [space] @Shorty @Zell @DriftKaiser @Eddage @Agent Gibbs @MilaGi @Deathjam @Map I'm also up for one nightfall either at half 7, or just after the raids. Any takers?

Is that you, Molyneux?
-
No fancy an hour devoted to a normal run of Crota? Was going to do a signup as today seemed the best day for people (also the day before most people lose themselves to Bloodborne...).

Both Act 1 and Act 2 are coming together as a double pack for PS4/Vita.

Such a daft decision. Like you say, wouldn't be surprising at all for them to be picked up by somewhere like Sky. BBC have literally pissed away a good show over wanting to assert authority/some other reasons, such a silly decision.

PS4 2.5 update incoming tomorrow: Suspend/Resume feature; suspend a game by putting your console into Rest Mode, and then quickly resume later by hitting the pad's PlayStation button. Creating a Party has been streamlined with a reduction in the number of steps required. Back-up your PS4 to an external hard-drive and restore from there too. Can search for Facebook friends with your linked account and send Real Name requests in the same step. A Friends Who Play This option will be added to game detail pages. Screenshots will automatically be taken when you earn Trophies, and you can now share videos on Dailymotion. New custom controller button assignments, zoom functionality and inverted colours "will be available for all system functions, apps and games". Option to automatically install all system software updates is being added, and Remote Play and Share Play devices will support 60 frames per second streams. A Vita firmware app update coincides with this. Vita and PlayStation App getting improved accessibility options.

For all the good it'll do.

You must be a riot at parties!

Looks like my girlfriend is going to get this me as an early birthday present, hopefully be playing this on Friday then.

@Ronnie maybe if you really are interested in 'leaving it be' you won't keep saying things to the effect of 'I don't get why people are so obsessed...'. All you're doing there is basically accusing people of being strange or not fitting into your idealised bracket of how people should enjoy games. Will you keep pointing out 'oh another voice chat debate' or 'why are people so obsessed with it'? If you will then we can assume you want the arguments to go on.
-
mmmm, man I'm getting stoked for this now. Just have to wait a couple of weeks...and not have to pay...

Well the truth is, an awful lot of shite is posted on these forums. Whether it's you arguing about games you have never played, or Serebii defending Nintendo at every turn, it's hard not to take a stand against some of the things you guys say. So sue me. And is that your comeback, really? "No, u!" Why not consider what I just said...you complain about this place, but you don't see that your constant resistance of things that are frankly unjustifiable (e.g. voice chat omission) is causing extension of arguments. Some discussions don't need balancing. If you don't challenge things like this all the time then this most likely would never happen. The difference is that you are saying there is this great forum elsewhere where the discussion is much more in line with how you feel. What's your point, if not to say it's a better place to be? This is my favourite ever Nintendo forum, because it ain't all full of fanboys. There's also a great other consoles community and I have met up with guys here several times before.
