Basically what happened last time is a few guys came down for the whole weekend, and stayed in a hostel. Saturday was the main meetup day, for which daytrippers could attend. So it's both, really. What happens with the friday and the sunday, I've no idea, but the saturday as of the moment will consist of us drinking/chilling in a park of some nature, Hyde park, another park, who knows? I only went for the saturday last time, rather late too, then I left when everyone was heading back to their hostel to go see someone else anyway. Basically, it CAN be a weekend thing, but you'll need to sort out some other people who wanna do a weekend thing and get a hostel/accomodation sorted. In fact, what places do you wish to go to, guys? Who's going to come down for the whole weekend, and who's going to come for just the saturday/day trips?

Note: This needs to be a collective and collaborative effort. I mention this because...well, because people don't seem to realise. Me Jay and ReZ decided that regardless of you guys, we're gonna have us a meetup in the summer, in londinium. You're all welcome to join us however, and so this thread is here. Basically, ideas, contributions, wants, needs, to make this an epic meetup that is awesome for everyone, because they're all getting a little bit of what they want. Below is the Plan as it stands, it's totally up for change. In fact, it only came about in my head about 7 minutes ago. With it being a weekend thing. Basically this is for anyone coming from afar(or aclose) who wants to actually stay longer. The Saturday(18th, currently) is going to be an epic london meetup day, for which anyone who's coming from aclose or just for a day can attend. I'm going to try and get hostel info and that, however, I will not be booking or helping book them, it'll be upto people who are coming to sort that out. I won't be for the sheer fact I have no need of hostels, at worst I just come back home, sorry. For those of you coming from afar and unsure, or who've never really seen London and that, there's nothing to stop you guys all having a day extra or so, or maybe using your sunday, to all go sightseeing together! I know Eenuh would like to, and I think it'd be really nice for a little collection of N-Eers to go round being cultured! The first shows Hyde Park from a bit of a zoom, so you can see Tube Stations and the lines they're on. For people who might need to know; Piccadilly line. Victoria Line. Central Line. Circle and District Line. Bakerloo Line. Jubilee Line. A little more zoomed in, with the rendezvous spot circled. As you can see, I'd suggest going to Knightsbridge or Lancaster Gate tube stations in order to get to the location easiest. We shall meet at 12.00pm, in the middle of Hyde Park. The Plan: 1. Epic Weekend N-E Meetup, London. Friday 17th July-Sunday 19th July. Negotiable dates. Want it to be July though, and ideally that weekend. 2. Us, Parks, Hyde Park, Grass near London Eye, ReZ, Trees, Ridiculousness, Fun, DRINK, Jay, Penises(ReZ). Most importantly, more fun. 3. Specifically, the Saturday, for an epic day chillout/funtimes. 4. This is where the plan currently stops. *NEWNESS* 5. The meetup day is the Saturday, 18th July at 12.00pm. My plan for that day is to meet, sit, chat, chill and optionally drink in an open green area. Green area suggestions welcome, but currently probably Hyde Park(for ease of meetage due to local tubes) and maybe waterfront next to london eye like. If anyone wishes to go gaming at Trocadero or whatever, feel free! I shall not, I shall be doing the socialising on the grass sort of thing. I may bring my DS, though. Bring drink if you wish to drink! 6. Friday and Sunday is for people who wish to come and chill and do their own thing, those plans are up to you guys to decide, though. I always thought there's an infinite amount, every single possibility/combination of events exist. Any single thing which can have more than one outcome. It's any single thing, not just human decisions. Anyway, I think it's be interested to meet and greet another world, but I cannot imagine it. So No, is my answer. Thanks guys, amazing to know that people I know on the internet show more concern for me and my feelings than a friend of 5+ years, who I'd consider one of my best too, though things seem to have suddenly changed without a word. A silly question maybe, but I've never really got it tbh. What's the difference between carbs, fats, and then calories? Everyone talks about the calories in things, and it sometimes confuses me because I thought it just means the energy it'll give you, or something?

Oh yeah, I know the Wii has the biggest userbase, but I don't think it's the sort of userbase that is going to be going for TS4 as a game. If it WAS Wii exclusive, then yes of course I'd buy it on my Wii, cos I rather want to play the game. If I had the CHOICE however, then I'd get it on 360. It's all well and good if the Wii has double the market than it's nearest competitor, but if only 10% of it would actually buy TS4 compared to 30% of the competitor's, then it's going to be a more successful game on the alternative console. Of course, these are just made up numbers, but it's to try and help illustrate what I'm getting at. It may not be double, but I'm 90% sure the market for TS4 on 360 is bigger than on Wii. This is also assuming a mutual exclusivity, and not choice for people who may own both systems(and I'd say there's a reason for anyone who owns both a Wii and 360). I feel the same, the tradeoff for wiimote controls/support just isn't really worth it for me.

Right, got the cube, got me mutlimeter, got some a screwdriver set, and got a precision screwdriver set(plus a now melted biro casing and an opened up gamecube). However, I'm uncertain which setting of resistance to use on the multimeter(how embarrassing) and also what value I should actually set it to, because it says 170-210, but then if original >250? Does that mean if it's an original gamecube or something? EDIT:Or is it the more sensible idea of if the reading is more than 250, set it down to 170-210? EDITEDIT:Seems the current reading is ~200ohms, not sure what to set it to given that...170? EDITEDITEDIT:Set it to about 185, gonna give it back to my mate to run and test out, cos I had trouble getting as many DREs as he had as it was! Hard to know when you've fixed something when you find it hard to run broken :P

So that's two of us, but what about the rest of the world? The market for the game is smaller on Wii than the other consoles, I reckon. I mean, I've already seen a large number of the forumers on here sell their Wiis as it is! It's just not offered much to make the whole system worthwhile(though for me, for brawl, it has). Plus, if I *could* get TS4, I'd probably actually buy it on my 360 instead of the Wii anyway, the Wii can be somewhat retarded sometimes, full of potential but just holding itself back.
