Ok so how common is it to get a shiny? I’ve just spent about an hour farming caterpie in the early forrest area, got over a 50 catch combo and nothing. Any other tips?

Yes you can. Someone had the game out at an EX raid yesterday and was able to give boxes to many players.

I want to start helping my Go players out by giving them the Meltan boxes. Where do I have to be in the game to do this? Menu/town? What needs to be done before I can start doing it?

So I think it knows if you are hiding out on the top level of Boo Mansion. I got two points from up there then my next two hits didn’t seem to give me points. My guy did his animation to say he hit something but I stayed at two points. Unless I just hit another item?

It does look amazing. I had I have no problems at all if this was a word for word remake as the original was perfect.

I think that was patched the first time. Now you only get one credit per raid.

I’m on 6/9 so far so I really need to get to ten raids quickly. I can do the two evolves in the next step, but if I don’t get that cubone before the end of the Kanto event, it’s gonna be a pain to get that. Same with the Kabuto and Omanyte. I have an Aerodactyl task saved.

Er, you just.....move the screen about? In handheld mode anyway, not sure about docked. Was hoping it could be done in docked mode too.

The Meltan special research is active. I’m on part three right now

Started playing this now, so much nostalgia. Loving it so far. Already caught a wild Pikachu. Just entered Pewter city and healed up my Pokèmon and left it there for now. Love seeing the Pokèmon just wondering around on the screen as opposed to “hiding” in the long grass, adds so much more. Finding just holding on joycon to feel weird right now but I’m sure that will pass.

Meh. Either way I have the game downloading to my Switch now. If I can afford to get the ball soon I’ll get it. If not, no biggie.

In that case I’ll probably get it digitally and maybe one day get the pokeball separately. Mew would be nice to have but I can live without him for now. I have a 100% IV one in Pokémon Go anyway yet he never gets used for anything.

So I have £55 eshop credit and thinking of getting this digitally. Is the Pokeball worth it if I have a GoPlus already? What advantage does the ball have that I would be missing. I know it’s a bit cheaper physically but if I already have the funds on the shop I might as well get it there. I loved Red and Blue and have been loving all the stuff I’ve been seeing on this game.
