I look up, frigging alien on the ceiling so I laid 20 rounds into it's face only to get stabbed in the back haha

I can't wait personally. Been a fan since the beginning though I kinda don't want it to end. Really not sure how this season is going to work out. The writers have said it's going to go back to the 'feel' of the first. Them all in the jungle, not knowing what the shit is going on. If this means there's going to be an alternative reality and they're all going back to the island...again, that'll be a bit disappointing. I guess we'll see.

I agree i've not been watching any single player demos. Want to keep that for myself. My only concern is the distance you need to make a stealth kill from behind. It looked a little too easy in some of the gameplay i've seen. One guy grabbed a predator from the top of a flight of stairs...It also makes me wonder if it's interruptible too.

Just completed it yesterday, pretty epic. Going to give it a rest I think for a bit. Deciding whether to go through my renegade bitch profile or 2nd playthrough. After all that Miranda didn't even sleep with me! I guess i'll have to try harder next time. There's also a few choices I think I might change.

I wonder if they're trying to top the Sopranos ending in terms of pissing as many people off as possible (by the way I wasn't one of those people).

The leveling up system in the first one did take an age though, getting 1 point per level and having about 20 bars to fill in just one ability was a bit crazy. I see what you're saying but it's not totally lost. You get around 10 bars per ability and can unlock more as you progress. Not sure if you're allowed to have ALL of your other characters specials but if you can that's a lot of leveling up. All I really want is Miranda's Slam.

I can't seem to keep off of this game. I'm just loving the cinematics and each characters little back stories and missions. Also loving how every location has its own look and feel. Even just random side missions are so totally different. It really makes me realise how badly designed the side missions in the last game were. They were essentially the same building redone about 20 times. I also found the changes pretty difficult too (am also a Vanguard). I died I don't know how many times in the beginning and even now sometimes. My weapons and armor are getting a bit stronger though and i'm enjoying it even more. I've also assigned two of my biotic powers to buttons as for some reason they 'aim' a lot better in real time. If I paused and used Pull it'd always hit a wall or something yet if I just press a button aiming at the enemy it nearly always gets them from out of cover. Loving Shockwave and Charge too, very helpful.

Rumour has it this is officially Sonic 4. Man, about bloody time.

What happens if you run out of fuel between systems? I've yet to attempt it.

This game is 100 times better than the first and actually lives up (so far) to exactly what I was hoping for. I must say I run out of ammo a lot though, and I want a damn sub machine gun my pistol sucks. Also there's a lot more strategy shooting general enemies, certain guns being better against shields than armor and vice versa.

Well that sounds like the first Sonic game but Sonic 2 and all the ones after let you hold down and speed up.

More than likely you'll get to choose which character you want to import I think. Had to choose between Mass Effect 2 gaming day and the mrs today...That'll be Saturday now then lol.

Not long to go now. Loving the fact the game tells you the outcome of some of the big decisions on your ME1 saves. I seriously can't remember which files I saved the council and which ones I didn't.

Everyone's experiences are different. It could be down to all manner of things, royal mail delays, strikes, etc. For example, I stopped going with Shopto (not to put you off Shorty lol) because the last game I got from them had a cracked bottom. I have NEVER had a bad delivery from GAME. They have the higher price tags for a reason. Now that i've said this I won't get it on launch day and when it does arrive it'll be soaking wet and destroyed :p

Amazon used to be great at getting it to you on the day but recent pre-orders i've had with them they send it on launch day rather than getting it to your house by then. This is one I NEED on launch :p
