I once hurt my leg at school really badly. But my mum would refused to come to the school just for me since my two sisters were also there and she didn't want to come and go twice for me just hurting my leg. Bear in mind this happened at 11 in the morning. So I sat in the medical room for 4 hours (school finished at 3) and she inspected my leg. Showing her great medical knowledge in front of the receptionist declaring it "just a swelling of the knee". Luckily I persuaded her to take me to hospital to check, turns out I'd fractured my leg in two places and she was wrong. Fail. She has generally been quite fail at diagnosing me. There are other similar situations to this basically.

As for 4) I thought it may be because they were coming down on the aeroplane, as in the feeling of dropping came from the descent upon coming to their destination? Just my thought, although Shorty's idea makes more sense.

I helped teach at a school every week for a year during my first year at university. That was good fun, and quite rewarding. On my way to work now I see a year 6 I helped teach, he always looks miserable and I asked him how his friends are doing, he didn't know since they've all gone to different schools. How sad.

Me and the girlfriend have finally decided to go Italy for a few days for a mini/first holiday together. Now I have no idea where to go except the typical idea of Rome as it has the coliseum etc. I was hoping people could post their ideas of where we should go/what to see/ what not to miss out on/ tips. And if you haven't been to Italy, what would you go and do if you had the chance? Andddddddddddddddddddddd..GO! P.S No Ashley you can't come.

This morning the page hadn't been taken down as Facebook were saying they were entitled to it as part of free speech but 10 Downing Street said they were going to talk to facebook about it. I guess that worked?

So as everyone in the UK will know, Paul Moat shot his ex-girlfriend, killed her boyfriend (that he believed was a policeman) and shot a police officer just on patrol randomly and who is now blind for life. Having shot himself, many people have laid flowers and left messages where he died. A massive facebook group was also created with many "people" -if you could call them that- actually congratulating him and calling him a "legend". Having heard the debate on the radio, I just wanted to know what N-E thought about anything related to this? Is it an increasing occurrence, too soon after the Cumbria shooting yet recent claims believe crime figures to be the lowest for a long time? Does someone as vulgar as Moat deserve consolidation and to be given heroic status?

Eurgh no idea what to do! Hopefully I can turn things around soon, 1 point out of 5 games, embarrassing :p
