I'm trying to get into my Wordpress account and I'm finding it most troublesome. I've forgotten my password and the "forgot password" link gives you an email with a link which when clicked says "key not valid" so you can't reset the password. I tried some Googling and some results [from years ago] recommended downloading these two files and uploading them to your site, which I'm not sure how to do since I can't login in the first place. Also mentioned something about SQL or MyAdmin, which I know shit about but I don't understand how I can change my password from there if I don't know how to login into that to begin with. Helpsings?

No no no, all I did was make an argument against someone which the majority agreed with. You should have no information on Jonnas and as such no basis to question him on.
