Hmm, Titanfall 2 players! On PC! I would love to join you guys, but I uninstalled Titanfall, and not going to re-install it until I've done a complete OS re-install, which is something I can't be arsed with currently.. I believe it got some great updates in the meantime. Whenever I re-install it, I'll buy some of the cosmetic DLC for support (I already did buy some of it, as I got the game for cheap).

I would love to play together and check out the new map (forgot it was today), but I'm going back to bed for another 2 hours of "sleep" I need. Wouldn't mind playing some in the afternoon though.

I'll elaborate when I've played more, but I'm pretty sure it's not something I can recommend. I don't think the game has enough content to justify paying 15 euros. After playing the first level, and reading up about the game, my understanding is I've seen most of the game already, so I can see it outstay it's welcome fast. Doing the first level was fun in general, but I suspect that once I;ve done the 2nd, I have no desire to touch the game any further. Again, I will elaborate further later. I would recommend it.. at a price of 3 euros. That's my current feeling. Not quite, I've also been reading up on it. Two crowns is actually the "third" sequel. It's a new game, and is going to feature co-op. Kingdom: new lands was originally an expansion to the game simply called Kingdom, but they felt the added content warranted calling it a sequel, renaming the base game "Kingdom classic". After reading what's actually been added, I feel new lands is actually the first base game, and classic was early access. Also, I can't see co-op being fun at all in the sequel, unless they change the gameplay drastically.

Just took the plunge, and bought Kingdom: new lands.. September is going to be expensive! Steamworld Dig will be bought, and Golf story most likely as well. Thimbleweed park.. Looks great, but that's probably one I'd prefer on the PC. And then there's Wulverblade..

It's also mighty tempting to get the 160 euro version of that NBA game from the E-shop.

What's the verdict on Kingdom: new lands? That game appeals the most to me from the latest batch, but I may want to save my money for the other September games. Visually, it looks awesome, but on Steam I saw complaints that ther's a lot of trial and error and luck involved, with lots of stuff left unexplained.

Yeah I really enjoyed the demo. I was already sold on the looks obviously, but the music is great as well. And the gameplay is good oldfashioned JRPG fun. Wasn't sure if that kind of gameplay still appeals to me actually, but either it does, or it's simply been long enough that I've played such a game. I do actually really like the break and boost mechanics. My only complaint so far.. The interface could be a lot more responsive in my opinion.. Eventhough apparently I have a taste for oldfashioned turnbased JRPGs, I want the menus and the game in general to be quicker and respond more immediate. Played Primrose's story, and I'll leave it at that. I'll save the rest for the actual game, which is a guaranteed pre-order.

Yeah, I remember having some brief fun with it, but the language barrier was too great. Can't remember with who I was playing, probably at the very least @Deathjam. It's a shame, if they were to release this in Europe, even now, I'd still give it a go, and it'll still probably be a lot of fun with a gang of NE people.

The mole? I wouldn't be surprised, and don't mind at all personally. I'm just wondering if I'd perform better than. I get the feeling I'm getting screwed by items more often than that I get lucky and they help me greatly.

Some games tonight, after Mario kart? I think Salmon Run is on, but not sure. I'm happy to do other stuff as well. Not directly related, but I was thinking of creating a separate thread for online gaming meet-ups, not tied to a specific game, and maybe even have a dedicated weekly (or perhaps monthly) gamenight where we all get together and play the various online games we have available (including the Mario Kart league of course). Before the year is over, this will already be an impressive line-up of online games, with Fifa coming, as well as nine parchments, Dragon: marked for death, and now even Doom, and plenty of smaller titles as well. Any interest in the thread and/or gamenight?

Ehh.. I've done balloon battle exactly once. So I feel like I should skip this one, on the other hand I'm thinking "whatever". In other words, I'm undecided ;). Regarding future league nights; may I suggest as theme no items for 1 GP? I want to see what happens.

I haven't been to a typical office Christmas party in a long time, nor do I know what yours will look like, but I can imagine games like the Jackbox party being a laugh. On the other hand, I don't know if I'd want my Switch anywhere near the drunks on such a party, so maybe it's better to stay at home ;).

Yeah, I don't care all that much about them. I'm likely to get Mario Bros at one point, as I've always loved the NES and Super Mario Bros 3 versions, it's a fun 2 player game. I may get VS Super Mario Bros simply for curiosity's sake, but I'll leave the rest.
