Well, we can't all make it for what-ever reason to be fair. Have fun touring (if you are doing this still). Still, next year is all good as well. I hope to be able to attend next year as well.

I'm intreged by the new creatures and weaponry that may be within Gears 3. Ones that make you more aware of your surroundings and take you out whilst in cover. Should be interesting facing off against one of these.

I'm playing the multi-player of 2 atm, pretty darn good online i must say. Only got 1 kill in and over 10 nearly's on the first mode. Ok, i am annoyed they keep picking 1 kill per round all the time but i guess that makes better players in the end.

I'm holding my hopes up to be fair, Miyamoto saying "best is yet to come". Wonder how he means that.

Finally conquered Gears yesterday, after a 3+ hour battle with RAAM (don't ask, he was rock solid). Only way i can describe the difficulty really is that Casual becomes Hardcore, Hardcore becomes Insane and Insane becomes Impossible when facing RAAM. He is one tough s.o.b to beat. Which means i can begin Gears 2, and make a dlc purchase as well. I believe the All Fronts pack has everything i need, for a bargain 1600 ms points. Just need some points and i shall be done. If anyone fancies an online session, let us know.

Got into work at 9:20am this morning, 40 minutes early. I should get paid from the time i get in, but it seems not to be fair. I should get time-sheets to place my times in from NCC, but they havn't sent any out for me to check as such. Got myself a session on RSV2 tonight against my mates, should be interesting as i win most of the time. I may even go on Gears 2 as well if i feel like it, but i probably won't after last nights difficulty (3 hours on 1 boss is bloomin ridiculous)

Congrats to your sister and to you Mokong. I've finally beat the original Gears today. I nearly broke my control pad doing it mind, General RAAM is one big nasty tough as nails monster to beat. Close to impossible i might add. Can now begin Gears 2 at some point, not tonight though.

Can anyone pass some info onto me. I'm looking at coming along, need to know the park so i can plan somewhere to stay. All i need really is a bed for 2 nights so if anyone knows of a place i can crash it will be much appreciated. I'm probably coming via the bus, only because i can afford it on the money i am on at the moment.

I'm still contemplating. I was looking at travel to and from London, turns out the cheapest way is the bus (£30 return). I may look into this. Anybody else travelling on the bus as well?? And where are people planning of staying??

Indeed they do, and if they protest against paying you then this time you stand a better chance of getting some money, be it only the time you are owed.

After giving up the chocolate for lent, i can safely say that i don't miss it. I've hardly had any since Easter (minus a box of chocolates, an Eclair and a small cake). But i did like a good Mars though.
