Don't you mean Wii Party U? Nope. Haven't seen any Wii U ad full stop nevermind Wii Party U. The last ad I seen was Pikmin 3 and that was back in July. Wii Party U is a junk game, the only good thing about it is the bundled Wii remote.

You obviously don't know that retailers hate money. They can't stand the stuff. They break out in rashes at the mere sight of it.

Damn it, I'm so seriously tempted. How can this game be so cheap already? It's only out a week. I feel sorry for anybody who buys this game at €70 from Gamestop.

That's fine but where are the ads on terrestrial TV? Who controls the purse strings after all? Take W101 for example, I hear it's a great game, I read the forum, it's for the hardcore gamer, controls take some mastering though. It's bombed. Never seen a single and I swear by this, never seen a single ad on TV for this game. Not 1. I've been told it was advertised on kids channels. Same can be said for Zelda WindWaker HD.

I just finished playing Mario Galaxy 2 last week. Outstanding game, a masterpiece. Eurogamer did an article recently and named Galaxy the game of this generation. I can't argue..... much. Xenoblade and Monster Hunter 3 may be better. Anyway my point is it has this childish cover but I'd challenge a lot of these kids to get all 242 of the stars. While I love the game, graphics, gameplay, music. The story and plot is awful. I know it's not the point but I'm tired of the same story every f-ing time. What, you never heard that story? Come up with something original please. Edit: To clarify, that wasn't just for Wii, they voted it best game on any console this generation.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate has sold 500,000. That's very respectible, impressive even I say. That number was as of last March so it's bound to be even higher. Get the cheque book out and spend sensibly Nintendo could get some more sales like that. What's the next highest 3rd party sales figure? Edit: Concerning ads. We're all adults here. Why is it that any ads I've heard they've done have been on kids channels?

Shouldn't that competition deprive all consoles of sales so regardless of what platform it's on? They're not the only reasons. They don't listen to what 3rd parties want in terms of power. Argue all you want but but but Wii sold well, it's a factor. Developers like Bethesda like working with powerful consoles. In terms of demographics they said they were after the hardcore gamer this time around. I listened to Reggie harp on about this. Lies. All their recent PR all I hear about is family, family, family. Their Christmas lineup is more casual than hardcore. Where's this concerted advertising campaign that people said they were saving their money for now? I haven't seen a single ad. I see Sony and Microsoft ads left, right and center.

Why would Nintendo buy a 3rd party and their franchises? They can't even make games for their own franchises never mind other companies franchises. There's a lot wrong with that conference and Iwata still doesn't get it. Learnt their lessons? My @rse they have!

Whatever about the 3DS being somewhat doable, the Wii U sales forecast is the stuff of fiction. Bearing in mind it hasn't sold 4 million yet in a year, it now has to average 1 million units for 5 straight months until March to reach that target. Computer says No!

Yes it's like I said they haven't yet reached 4 million in a year and yet have made a forecast, the same as when it launched that it'll sell 5 million in well less than 6 months. The same prediction that completely bombed first time around and this time they've extra competition in the form of PS4 and XBONE. Well if nothing else you can't say they're not optimistic.

Am I reading this correctly? They expect to sell roughly 9 million Wii U's by March because if so they are completely insane. Stop inhaling that gas or popping those pills. That is not going to happen even if there was another price drop. It hasn't reached 4 million yet, well below original targets and then revised targets again.

That does make a difference, a big difference. Why would they do that? Like in real bowling you decide when you let go of the ball. In Wii Bowling I release the ball on the upper part of my swing. I'll find a way to adapt to this change I'm sure, I hope.

Yes it's good. Capcom are very happy with the sales and why wouldn't they be. It's a port of a port of a port. Also 500,000 sales on a console that has sold around 4,000,000. That's a very high attach rate. We might even get MHU4 though that would take some time to happen.
