I'm getting the feeling that the Majora's Mask XL is going to be more commonplace than the normal ones! Seriously, my blue XL is going to be a rarity at this rate!

Oooooh. Those are mighty big words. The creepy thing is, I've started playing this as well. The only difference is I've never played it before. I wouldn't say I'm enjoying it as much as Hero-Of-Time is. The junction system is cool, but drawing is a right pain. And it's not a good sign when I don't want to use summons because they're agonisingly slow and unskippable. I also seem to be finding most of the characters very unlikable. Squall's a jerk, I can't take Scyther seriously because... Well, I spelt it that way on purpose, I really want to punch Zell in the face, Rinoa's introduction was better on Theatrhythm (That's an incredibly dumb reason to dance with someone!) and the only thing I've learned about Selphie is she likes trains. Quistis is bearable, but Laguna is the only character I actually like. The music is brilliant (Theatrhythm taught me that) and the cutscenes are very impressive. But it's not looking good for 8.

DCubed has such an intricate setup, it's amazing. So naturally, when I come around, I plonk my WiiU right on the table in the middle of the room with a single wire travelling to a plug socket. And I always find that funny.

Hey guys! Who wants to talk about the Super Nintendo? But if we're talking about customisation. My current 3DS XL has a Kecleon Decal on it. I love that thing. Plan on doing the same to my New 3DS XL. I happen to think a good decal can make a console look pretty sleek.

I've heard that the Gyorg fight has been made way more fun. I sure hope so, that fight is pretty bland compared to the other 3.

Fantastic news! Thoroughly deserved. If anything, I hope this encourages Koei Tecmo to think about doing more DLC. The portable Zeldas need a bit more love. (Yes, I still want playable Ricky)

Maybe cheap for the amount of storage you get, but I wouldn't say it was cheap.

Oh please, we both know you can't resist.

You must have JavaScript enabled on your device to view Miiverse posts that have been embedded in a website. View post in Miiverse So yeah, Not finished Demon's Crest completely, but I saw "The End", so I'm putting it on the list. Anyway! I also finished another game for the first time over the weekend. Psst! It's The World Ends With You... Quite a few people would say that The World Ends With You is the best RPG on the DS. And I know I'm gonna get some flak for this, but I disagree. Don't get me wrong, it's great! But I can't put it as the best DS RPG. (Radiant Historia, in case you're wondering) But let's talk about what I like first. This game looks slick. I can't think of a better way to describe the visuals. I've always liked graffiti art, so it was safe to say that the style would appeal to me. Enough about graphics, least important part of a game to me. I'm gonna talk about the music. I bet you 5,000 yen he's listening to "Calling" Probably one of the most varied soundtracks I've heard in a game. Rap? Hip-Hop? Pop? Other genres I can't think of? There's a good chance you'll find it here. And all of it is very good listening. (Theatrhythm has 2 songs from it as DLC, just recently released, while I was playing through this... Creepy) I won't talk too much about the story, because it's very gripping, probably the best bit about the game. I have to say though, I didn't see the ending coming. So what's keeping this from knocking Radiant Historia off my favourite DS RPG throne? Well, it's a problem with the gameplay, specifically, the battle system. QUICK! Scribble on the bird! Your health is low! TAP THE BLOODY CAN! Look at the top screen! She's about to get hit! Time that jump right! WHY THE HELL DID YOU CHOOSE THE CIRCLE CARD!? I'm not gonna go into detail about it, because I still don't fully understand it. It's ambitious and a cool, unique concept that can only be done on the DS. But too much happens at once! Even after seeing the credits, I still feel like I was nowhere mastering it, and I know I never will. Luckily, the game is very forgiving and there's an easy mode you can fall back on (I never needed it). Everything else about the gameplay is top notch though, I especially like how lowering your level can help you get more item drops. Also, this game did Streetpass before the 3DS was even a thing. Gotta give it props for that. So yes, it's fantastic. But not my favourite DS RPG. And with that, it's time to update my list.

See? I wanna say that's pretty cool. But haven't they fixed that glitch? So this is... Really confusing...

It's like Ninty are playing a game Chicken with us. I'll give the soundtrack a miss on account of @Dcubed getting it already.

I wouldn't go out of your way to do it. But I wouldn't say don't bother either. What I'm doing is just using those when I happen to be using whatever character/weapon has it. All that skill does is boost the base power of a weapon to 300. What that means is if you have a 5-star weapon and transfer it to that it'll be 450, instead of the general 420 a Level 3, 5-star weapon has. Helpful, definitely, but not worth repeating quests you've already cleared just to unlock it. Your Link may be Level 150, but at least half of my characters have that skill unlocked! And they're more balanced! (95-125 now) I'll be laughing in the long run! Oh, BTW. Regarding the Majora's Mask Pack. Along with the characters and 3 initial costumes, the Termina Map apparently has 6 8-Bit weapons and 16 extra costumes. The intriguing thing about the costumes is that they're apparently based off of the masks you could get in Majora's Mask. Wonder who's gonna be the unlucky character who gets the Mask of Scents one? As for the 6 8-Bit Weapons, we know there's an 8-bit Great Fairy, but I'm struggling to think of much more they could use...

Oh cool, it's the Bowser from Luigi's Mansion!
-
Well, maybe it's just me, but I've never had to grind much. I just went out of my way to make sure everyone was around the same level. I also never restart a mission, even when I know I've messed up. Otherwise, you lose experience. Focus on getting the Skulltulas on hard Legend mode first, that will help get your lower levelled characters up to scratch. And get EXP+ and Rupee+ on as many weapons as you can. They help a lot. Take advantage of Network Links, each one rewards you with 50,000 rupees and tend to give high experience. (Within reason, don't go attempting ones around 20 levels higher than you.) Turn them on in Settings Just don't do the Twilight Map until you've got most of the other 2 maps done. That map is hard!

Yep, DCubed informed me. Already have one, but thanks anyway. You don't need female Pokemon to pass hidden abilities anymore. Males can pass it down if you breed it with a Ditto, it's less likely, but still possible.
-
So, um. Apart from Sprout, has anyone managed to actually beat Classic on 8.0 or higher even once?
-
Bowser looks so good that I couldn't resist buying it. I had no plans to do so before hand. I personally think that says it all really. It's the only Amiibo I own, until Greninja.
-
You think you have it bad, I'm watching him, it's indeed glorious, I may have to get Metroid Prime Trilogy even if for some mad reason they don't let me get a Mii bobblehead.

I thought the English voice acting was well delivered. OK, yeah, in Battles, they ham it up to the max. But it was the British kind of ham, like Brian Blessed. Who doesn't like Brian Blessed? Of course, no-one seems to remember the cutscene voice acting. BTW, hate to burst your bubble, but X stars characters that are clearly from America, one of the ships blatently said United States with the American flag. So don't go expecting any British accents...
-
Almost guaranteed. Given how the 2-Player works (Separate screen for each player), it feels like it was made with the WiiU in mind. As for getting released over here, why not? Both Tekken and Pokemon seem to get released over here.
-
Man, what a bunch of jokers! I personally think Xenoblade's voice acting was sublime. I get the horrible feeling X will have 'Merican voices and it just won't be as charming.
-
My god, Pikachu is hilarious in this. The fact that it's not Tekken has made interest levels skyrocket. Will be keeping a very close eye on this now.
-
Suicune and Gardevoir confirmed! Did not see Suicune coming! EDIT: Also Pikachu, but that one was expected. Render looks hilarious though.
-
Of course it will! That was the main selling point about it!

Guys... ...I caved.
