I knew full well what was meant by the term. Don't assume I didn't know he meant Super Mario 64. I'm not a dope. It was just a very poor way of saying it. It comes across as arrogant. Is it so hard to say something like "I'm glad the next Mario seems to play SM64"?

@Jonnas got what I was on about. It gives an impression of "I declare this, therefore it is so" That boat has long sailed though, so I'll leave it at that. You really don't want it to be called Super Mario Switch, huh? It's remarkably similar to how some people clamour for a "Proper Paper Mario" game. At this point, what the hell is that?

That is no excuse. Games like Bravely Second use the Camera and allowed Miiverse Screenshots. You know how they got around it? If the screenshot you're trying to post includes an image from the 3DS camera, it simply didn't allow you to use that particular screenshot. As long as there's no images from the camera, you could post a screenshot. Hell! Even Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon does the same thing! The mainline series needs to nick even more ideas from Mystery Dungeon than it already does.

Come on, man. Why you gotta say it like that? I hate the term "Real 3D Mario". It implies 3D World somehow isn't a proper 3D Mario game. Which is ridiculous. It also sounds real snobby, to boot.

Was 2006 before or after the NES classic GBA series? It certainly would explain a lot behind those games.

I feel like IX pulled off the structure better. Although VII's Party Chat provided a lot of entertainment. Especially Maribel's constant sarcastic comments and whinging. I prefer IX's vocations system. I like how skills were linked to weapons and the stat boosts from mastering vocations were a good incentive. At the end of VII, I couldn't help but notice that everyone had a sword equipped. Because everything else just sucked in comparison... The Monster Vocations are great though. Reminds me of DQ monsters Joker 2. Which I enjoyed quite a bit. VII is certainly a solid game, not as fun as IX, but I'm glad I bought it. There's still a bit for me to do, those last two fragment pedestals and the online dungeons that show up every week or so.

The dialogue and writing is better than any Paper Mario game. They outdone themselves there. I won't comment on the gameplay, because I enjoyed Sticker Star, so I'm not the right person to ask for you. You are right about the characters. There are more new variants on enemies (There's an enemy called Juggler Bro, I'll leave it at that) and Toads. But no original characters outside of Huey the paint can. You are however, wrong about the areas. There's plains and stuff like that, (What Paper Mario game doesn't though?) but there are some really out there places which are very fun and interesting to go through.

It's definitely up there in that regard. The majority of the Mystery Dungeon stories top it in my opinion though.

I had a good laugh once you were forced to use Lifepowders to heal. I had almost full health and was thinking, "Uh, Thanks? Yeah, that release date is very suspicious. Unless it comes out on the Switch, I'll give it a miss. I'm not too keen on playing through Generations again. (Especially with Barioth, my mortal nemesis, making a return) I still need to beat Amatsu/Ukanlos/Alatreon, etc. It would make a killer launch game in Japan. And a solid launch title for me to get.

This little snippet from the Investors Relation made my eyes roll more than a Spheal does. You know? Spheal? It's one of the 500 or so Pokemon that don't exist because it wasn't 1996 and that's all TPC cares about? So apparently, X/Y wasn't shoving Gen 1 in my face. Could've fooled me. Sun/Moon is gonna do it all over again, huh? After Viridian Forest in everything but name showing up. I'm expecting the first cave to be Mt. Moon.
