Really good so far. Bought a booster and got 76% signal strength. Got 34 tv channels. Picture quality is great although programmes on certain channels (itv) arnt very smooth sometimes. Recording Barcelona v Chelsea to test that.

Just checked the score centre on sky sports and the Chelsea game looked intresting. 3-3 and went to turn the tv on and saw it was 4-3. There are highlights so Id rather watch that than the last 10 minutes.

I used Source SDK last week at Nottingham Trent Uni. Made a room and filled it with zombies at first, then pretty much anything I wanted - NPCs and weapons. Pretty Cool. Found a solution for your problem here

Tried an old router and the wireless is good... for now. The firmware link you gave me last night was sent to me when I contacted Netgear. I told them about the problem with updating the firmware with that release and they told me it is a problem with Firefox 3. I updated the firmware in Explorer and still wireless didn't work. I've just turned on my laptop to check for emails from Netgear and the wireless has decided it is going to work after an hour or so from the firmware update and reset. Hopefully the signal should stay, it seems to be fixed otherwise. Thanks.

Sister pulled everything out from in and around the computer cupboard. I just want to know if I need to get £80 out of her if it is broken. Wired works fine with everything.

Yea I reset all of the settings after everything I tried. I backed them up before I started.

I thought it best to create a new thread. Basically all of the wiring near the router was pulled out and when I reset the Internet nothing could connect wirelessly. I've also found that a signal was broadcast only some of the time. I have restarted the modem and router, reset security, checked settings, and reset the router from a button at the back of the unit. After all of this nothing can connect ( ps3, iphone, laptop) and the laptop says there is an unknown problem with the connection. It is a netgear wireless n router. Thanks

It is that time of the year again when wireless on my router dies. The router sits on a windowsill where cable internet comes into the house. Unfortunatly it is also next to a computer cupboard and a bunch of wires to printers, monitor, tv, sky box...etc. So when someone wants to pull out all of the cables it creates a problem. I plug everything in where it needs to go and restart the internet (unplug modem and router, wait 2 minutes, plug modem, wait for lights, plug router). Now the wireless only broadcasts on and off and nothing is able to connect to it (PS3, iPhone and Laptop). I've restarted the internet and router a few times, checked all settings, reset all of the security and reset the router from the button at the back of the unit. Any help?
