I'd like to see a level on a moving latiku cloud, flying debris knocks you off and random weather conditions make it very inhospitable for fighting including mysting, raining, lightning and the such. You must stop fighting and shield in some extreme conditions to avoid getting knocked off but if you risk it you can pluck a character off the cloud if they shield just a little too early. Kinda simple but could involve some great multitasking- often the background goes completely ignored to focus on the battle- this would change that.

I believe we are still yet to see the final secret

Porn. Don't click if you don't want to see the gross porn. Don't click if you're under 18, don't click if you think "I wonder what that is" It is porn. Mods I think this is a great contribution to the thread and there has been sufficient warning about the Big Brother housemate's previous job. Quoting of this post will not be accepted, no hot linking or pasting it elsewhere, don't whinge about it- it's gross and if you didn't want to see gross you should have stopped at "Don't click if you don't want to see the gross porn." EDITED by Platty: Nice try but still no. If you wish to show images of what Lea gets up to then do so over MSN or something, DO NOT post images like that on the forums.

Yawn, bunch of pansies.. I thought the Zelda thing was stupid but it's not that I care about. Magazine scans are accepted as okay until the magazine asks otherwise.. it's pretty reasonable if you are sparing, summarising the text of the article and only scanning the photos. International magazines are few and far, yet exclusives like Red Steel are common. I don't give a crap. if you're gonna kack yourselves because some rebellious forum mods got sued for not complying with the polite request from a magazine publisher to take photos down, then go ahead. It's not as if they didn't deserve it or anything. It's easy to differentiate between advertising (Wii60) and just something cool.. I think the forum needs a beginners forum just so they can get the bullshit threads out of their system then join the proper forums and be civilised.

I'd have thought EA would have 'got in there' with SSX before Nintendo has the chance to whack out 1080. Snowboarding is quite a big market.

Green Wing is funnier. I missed it unfortunately.. I'll try out BBC2's online thing.

Aye, well you editted your post after I clicked Post Quick Reply.

Hmm, I hope Crystal Chronicles isn't rushed. Excite Truck can be as rushed as it wants.

Why is Mario Galaxy not there?

Bold = sold. (Stocka not included ^_^) Underlined = interesting.

Our proms and balls were all £12-15. Most reasonable I'd say, unless you're a chick and 'need' a new dress each time and shoes to match their earrings.

Could we please make the general chit chat forum for non gaming stuff. This could easily go in the GameCube forum.. I come to the General forum to get away from the gaming discussion- I don't really care if a magazine dies for a system that has long been dead.

Great work on the LEDs, that's beautiful engineering. I imagine that is a final dev kit. I still don't get why that fan is underneath.. say you use it without the stand- even with it it will not circulate effieciently. Anyway that is look hot. Great call to use gloss on the top and matte/rubbery plastic on the bottom. Probably one of the coolest colours- but white is best I think.

I'll take the movie analogy and run with that for a second. Hollywood - makes movies - makes money. Today Hollywood makes sequels and saturates the market, production costs of films rise Result? Hollywood takes less risks and box office ratings go way downhill. Gaming industry - makes games - makes money. Today the gaming industry is following similar pathways, we're getting many sequels.. the production costs are rising- but the gaming industry's bubble hasn't quite burst. I think it's a great move- Hollywood is in dire trouble as people can't be arsed to go see shit remakes and comic book films (xmen and Sin City excluded because they ruled). Hideo has taken initiative, he sees the downfall of the movie industry and low box office ratings and has drawn a paralel. Start something new, give people a new experience.. and ultimately inspire himself to push his ideas that he has had brewing for the past 10 years. Perfect way to start a new generation I'd say. I hope other developpers take note- nothing wrong with having a new game and some classics.. but I know I wont be buying Grand Theft Auto again.

Yeah you have a point.. each one brings it's own cards to the table. Seeing at this point, the Wiimote hasn't proven suitable application of the technology (where as Spore has) I think that is how Spore got the edge. The FHC isn't finished yet really.. for most games.
-
Spore owns Nintendo, if you can't see that you're a fool. That game is going to pioneer this industry further. Remember Spore will be multiplatform, how about Spore + Wiimote?

Falling Down - 8/10 Plot Outline: An unemployed defence worker frustrated with the various flaws he sees in society, begins to psychotically and violently lash out against them. This one was on BBC1 the other night and I gave it a chance, it was totally worth it and felt a lot like Minority Report but 10 years before it's time. Some of Michael Douglas' finest work (along with The Game). Really recommended to anyone who liked the above mentioned films. Be sure to check out Phone Booth tonight at 10pm on 4. Considering it took 3 days to film it's quite excellent.

Be mature, seeing as your seeking advice online I'd think you aren't (either that or it is a pretty depp relationship) In that case you should just speak to her and see about going your own ways- happy break ups are far more common than you'd imagine.

Certainly is. It's good fun.

My first experience of stereoscopic goggles. Too much hassle.. it would be a big turn off for me because you have to let the goggles focus for you- which takes a while to get used to and also to come back to normal life. I stand by my statement that it would be a class action law suit waiting to happen.. Sony even have a disclaimer on here.

It's weird.. I guess I will have to listen to it under the influence to truely understand it- the thing doesn't work for me right now.
