Nintendork, buy a version of freeloader with that little sticker on, look at the bottom of the disc as it also says Wii+cube and try it in a PAL wii, you will find out that it does not, its just european Wiis. why are datel saying it works, maybe its because they are lazy, there Euro site is the same as the UK site apart from prices and contact details they don't change anything. As I said try it yourself. I emailed customer support about compatibility with PAL Wiis twice and have had no reply.

Nintendork do you own a copy of freeloader that claims to work on Wii? No you don't. I do and it does not. Also did I say that nit worked with Wii games, I did not. Freeloader does not boot at all on Pal Wiis FACT. Google it and you get forums with people saying the same things. Datel make their products for a worldwide market, they don't differ at all not even the covers thats why it says works on Wii. If you don't believe me then get one one yourself and try it.

there is no version of freeloader thats works with pal wiis. I have researched this and I do actually own a copy that claims to work with wii and it did not. The sticker is in reference to the US Wiis. However datel have reduced the price of freeloader and they did the same with AR which they have sold out off. Perhaps datel are updating freeloader that will work on PAL Wiis

Try this http://www.orb.com its acts. Innstall the software on your PC, make a user account. Run the software and then log in using the site, presto media on your PC, video needs somework for wii buts its definatly worth a shot as it is a nativly PC thing you can obviously access your PC files from another PC. Just not this tip. You have to use the PC software to set the folders you allow it browse, yook me a while to figure that one out

a wireless router with a built in modem. They are are just easier to set up then just a standard wireless router and using your own modem.

Probably 128bit, i think both PS3 and Xbox 360 is as well but it really does not matter anymore with regards to graphical cabalitie its about the video card really. just to note PC is at 64 bit lol.

If that don't work then it seems you got a problem BIOS chip or its a power problem on the mobo but yes try taking everyone out the mobo and dusting/cleaning it.

I am using mixed and encryption i am using is WEP, router does not support AES or TKIP. It reconises the USB dongle. Im just confused.

the wii is the other side of the room, I have brought them closer together but makes no difference. the USB dongle is in the same area as the router and the wii is fine with that. I tried manual setup but makes no difference as the wii can not find any access point.

it was fixed in that firmware update

heard this last week, hope it happens and also hope it enables cube imports on pal wii. Will Nintendo change the firmware? maybe but if you got opera then it might be patchable some how.

Has anyone had problems connecting wii to the internet? I got a Netgear DG834G v2 802.11g wireless ADSL router, DS and xbox 360 loves it setup was painless, so I thought as DS likes it wii would, It does not even reconise it. This is strange I though Nintendo used the same wi fi unit and connection software in the DS for the wii but that is not true, anyone has any similer problems?

FUN! Bowling rocks others are great too but have not tryed boxing or tennis yet.

Nice game but having trouble with the control

Got it and love it. Graphics are not al, that and the controls take some gettin use to but once you have its a pretty good game. Marmite is the word for this game. Love it or hate it.

Probably already mention but I want to praise this feature as i was not sure if it was going to make it. When you exit a VC it saves your exact position like save state on an emulater. Nice one.

Action replay does not work damn it part ex my cube. Got be patient and hope datel come up with a solution

There have been reported problems with older versions of freeloader and judging by the case on that vid he has the first version, when I get my wii I will test my action replay and report back.
