Lady GaGa is the most over-hyped drivel I've ever heard. Sounds like an emalgamation of all the other female pop "artists" mixed together.

lol Placebo are also playing the same festival as Limp Bizkit, I remember fights between those two bands. Having said that Placebo not only began their career before Limp Bizkit, they're still going and never split up.

PJ Harvey & John Parish - Taut Jesus save me Jesus save me Can I tell you something ? Can I tell you a story ? It's about me and Billy 'Cause I remember I remember it all started when he bought that car It was the first thing he'd ever owned apart from me And the colour was red And the colour was red and he drove me He drove me out of my mind I'm over it now It was spring or summer sixty five I don't remember Steaming and sweating and sticking against the wheel And I could see the tendons stand out in the back of his neck And he used to make me pray, wearing a mask like a death's head When he put me there in the back seat, and he said Jesus save me Jesus save me Inherited his father's hate that what he'd say And he custom of destruct the pain of every escape but somehow He could make joy come loose inside I would feel really I would feel really and truly alive And I would do anything for him It just wasn't enough It was never enough He'd turn to me and say He'd, he'd say "even the son of god had to die, my darling" And he wanted everything He wanted everything He wanted the honey from the king Each new moon He used to make me pray Every morning Hidden in the backseat, such Jesus He'd make me pray And he'd in there when he wanted everything He wanted the honey from the king Say it "Even the son of god had to die my darling" Go on, say it! Jesus save me Jesus save me

Bloc Party remixed a Placebo song once. It was an all right remix. They play Bloc Party at Popstarz every week. PJ Harvey/John Parish Album News The first review of "A Woman a Man Walked By" has been released. It seem's like this is shaping up to be quite an interesting collaboration indeed! I am excited!

We don't have one moon. We have two.

I recently started using the word beak as slang for vagina often telling my female friends to, "put ya beak away".

Both the Atlantis and SG-1 films are being filmed this year so expect them end of this year, or early 2010.

Rate The Last TV Show You Saw (Spoiler Tags for Recent US Shows!)
somme replied to Slaggis's topic in General Chit Chat
Star Trek: Enterprise - Seasons 1-4 Not as bad as I first thought. Third season is a continuing arc which is pretty cool. They even managed to cleverly smuggle the Borg into an episode, even though it's set hundreds of years before their name was known. After watching them all I did actually want to see more. The finale was a bit iffy though, felt more like a "Next Generation" episode.- 3920 replies

If the infinite reality theory were correct then there would also be an infinite amount of universes where almost nothing was different. For example, in an infinite number of the realities the only difference from ours is that I didn't make this post. If you however suscribe to the multi-verse theory then new realities are constantly being created where every possible outcome of any decision made is played out. Imagine a tree diagram. Stargate SG-1 tackled this subject, however after some research I discovered their plot line was based on an actual theory. One of the many parallel universe theories.

It's meant to be a pretty stand-alone series but apparently a familiar face turns up half way through the first season. Saw a pre-air version of the Atlantis series finale, it was all right. Although I did guess what would happen when the pilot first aired.

As did I. Remember seeing them on MT2 years ago, when music television still played interesting music.

Placebo at Angkor Wat - December 7th '08 A nice little clip of a new version of Twenty Years, reworked especially for th MTV Exit gig. A nice little preview of their new album I reckon, some interesting sounds in there.

The first one is pretty cool, it's a contempory dance album, "Taut" is the best song off of it: Polly and John performing Taut on Jools Holland.
