Twozzok Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Oh God RS.. I lasted a term of that before deciding to switch to Art... I may only get an E in Art, but at least I wasn't doing RS XD
Dyson Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Oh wow 9 hours until I see whether or not 12 years of school was worth it. Actually let me be fair, I already know the answer: Yes. Even if I fail my exams the time I spent at school has been amazing and I'll never forget it. I've made some great friends and I highly doubt that bad results mean a waste of time. Righto, I'm off to bed. I'll post my results here tomorrow. Good luck all!! x
Minihobbsch Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 I dont have to pay anything, other 6th year classes had to when they had a common room. I have to pay 30 quid to rent a prefect blazer for the year though. Or buy (a better) one for £55.... A prefect blazor? All I got was a stupid tie and badge. I have seen some people get their results on tv. All the tv people do is get the people that are high achievers and get them to open them live. There is one subject I know I will fail in...Philosophy & Ethics.
demonmike04 Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 GMTV fucks me off *He hasnt opened them yet!* And i should believe you why considering he got all A's?
Minihobbsch Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 GMTV fucks me off *He hasnt opened them yet!* And i should believe you why considering he got all A's? I would like to see a person open their results on tv and get C's and D's, where as they get all A*s and A's. In less than an hour I will be going to school to open my results.
demonmike04 Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Same here pal, good and luck to you! Good luck to every one else too! I've got £20 to drink my sorrows away if i do shit.

You have got to believe you will do good. Positive thinking = Positive result. Good luck to you too. EDIT: Now I will go and watch some tv before I go and get my results.

Minihobbsch Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Errm, it's not like his positive thinking will change his results :p True, but I was trying to keep him in a positive mood. I have got myt results, which are better than I expected. I was nervous waiting to get them.

Minihobbsch Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Good luck all, ive just started year 11 so it's my turn next year. And finally i'll be free of the evil place. Thanks. I would say that going through yr10+11 is much worse than collecting results (got mine:) ). With all the coursework deadlines etc.
Guest Jordan Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Just a heads up, ex-member of the forums Allyn got: 2 A's 5 B's and an E :p
Tellyn Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Just went in to get my one GCSE result (Biology which I did a year early), and I got a C, which I'm pleased about.
The fish Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 I got 3 B's, 2 D's (screwed up my english lit exam and everyone in my ICT class got below a D-teacher gave us wrong CW for 1st term...), every thing else was a C. However, my school thought that because you wanted to go to a preliminary talk on a subject you were definetly going to do it... Thing is, I wanted to drop English lit because I got a D, and drop Computer science becuase the teacher was my ICT teacher... I can't do chemisty because it's full, so I'm trying to get the head of departments email to contact him about it ASAP. I'm trying to do geography but it relies on my teacher saying I'm caperble of doing it...(I had by far the best coursework in the class...) If not, I'll try the same with histroy, RE, and german. Oh, and if you are wondering, I got a C in food tech...
