Eenuh
really?the incredibles for character?they were just blatant rip-offs of the fantastic four.No toy story remains pixars best film and its sequal.then monsters inc, finding nemo, increidbles and finally the shite that was shark tale(but was that dreamworks?)and the wild!(eerrgh) Shark Tale is Dreamworks, The Wild is Disney (not Pixar). And even though Cars really isn't the best movie from Pixar (might be the "least" enjoyable), it is still better than a lot of crap movies that come out all the time. I don't regret seeing it, as it was entertaining enough.
Charlie
Shark Tale is Dreamworks, The Wild is Disney (not Pixar). You know Disney own Pixar now? I think that was a joint film, although I'm not sure....
Eenuh
You know Disney own Pixar now? I think that was a joint film, although I'm not sure.... They own Pixar yes, but this is done by Disney. Just because they own Pixar doesn't mean they don't make their own movies anymore (like Chicken Little). Pixar just made Cars and are now working on their next movie, Ratatouille. DiemetriX
I saw the movie today. I loved it. I'm thinking about buying the DVD when it comes out. I hope I can get it in HD.
Ashley
You know Disney own Pixar now? I think that was a joint film, although I'm not sure.... Think of it like Nintendo and Rare circa 1999. Nintendo own Rare. Nintendo make Super Mario 64. Rare did not. But I understand what you mean. Perhaps Pixar provided a hand with some of the CGI knowledge, but I doubt they had any large say or presence in it.
EEVILMURRAY
Just came back from the cinema watching it. I wish I didn't bother, it was pretty boring. Anyone expecting something funny don't bother going... it's more of those lesson on life bullshit movies. Good to see John Ratzenburger back though
Colin
I saw it a few weeks ago, and really enjoyed it. I didn't really have high expectations of it before I saw it (as alot of people do with Pixar films)........so that may of boosted my enjoyment of it. Characterising cars and any other non-living objects is a really hard feat to pull off anyway, and I was pretty amazed by how well it all came together. And like usual, the animation and visuals were all up to the Pixar standard.
Bluejay
This is the only Pixar film I've not wanted to see at all. From the uninticing teasers to the poor trailer and the poor reviews I've read it seems like Pixar have finally hit a dud. (a bugs life was pretty bad too.) Now, Ratatoullie(sp?) looks great on the other hand. I demand the return of hand drawn style. Seconded, and claymation, Aardman are gods.
