Flaight Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 There are few questions I've always wanted answered about God, but so far in vain. One of those questions comes back to me with this sort of news article. Did God come first or the "proof" of his existance? Personally I've always felt God came first, before the proof. To me, the "proofs" come across awefully passive if they were to prove God's existance.
Kurtle Squad Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 Douglas Rushkoff says it's time for atheists to take back the Bible! http://www.rushkoff.com/2006/04/faith-illness-why-ive-had-it-with.php Yeah....I'm an atheist, and I can understand the viewpoint of the Bible being a guide in that way. It's just sad that humans need to turn to a book for that kinda thing; you'd have thought that stuff was obvious. I can't stand the blindness of a lot of beliefs though, it's quite terrifying. I also don't get the whole Inbred thing of Adam & Eves kids and such though*shudder*
