Flick based on a famous graphic novel, made by the creators of Matrix Trilogy. Out March 17th.

Just saw the tralier, looked fun. Anyone read the comic? I'm considering buying it now.

The guy behind the mask I presume? And when it says creators of the Matrix Trilogy, that would mean the Wachowski(sp) Brothers, correct?

I'm expecting this to be good, but certainly not great. The comic's creator doesn't approve of the film, which is never a promising sign, and I'm sceptical that there'll be too much of a political slant.

"D for Delayed."

Looking forward to this, along with Syriana.. and I've still not seen Munich or King Kong and there's Capote coming up.

A lot of catching up to do..

and yes, just because its made by the wachowskis doesnt mean its gonna be shit, there is no expectations to this movie, they are making a film of their favourite comic. so i doubt it will be anything less then good, ill say it will be at least a 7/10

Its a Wackowski brothers film. So it'll either be awesomey great or an awesome let down.

I don't think they have enough films in their repertoire for you to make that comment.

Though I count the trilogy as one film, the third did not deliver what I wanted.

I think the comic book formula is getting a bit old, the public will start groaning being force fed so much hollywood trash soon.

I'll see this though because it's got that political edge and it's set in the UK.. which totally pwnz whatever HellBoy, and Fantastic Four were all about.

I think this film seriously could be up there with what Sin City did last year.. dirty, gritty edges.. sinister material and solid actors.

the lack of support for the original creator is very...worrying.

then again, Anthony Burgess had big issues with the adaptation of A Clockwork Orange, and that was pretty good.
