I just bought (and ate) an all-day breakfast sandwich from Sainsbury's, and it made me unconsolably mad. Thoughts;

- The bread was thinner

- The bread was smaller

- The sausage was smaller

- There was one less sausage

- The price was 25% more than last year when I bought one

I assume we have all seen this sort of thing in one way or another for a while now. Domino's Pizza slowly removing one pepperoni per slice over the years is another one that springs to mind. Of course, the toblerone fiasco was national news - but are there any examples that have directly impacted your quality of life, as this sandwich has done to mine?

Jaffa Cakes. Things are absolutely tiny now. The new cherry flavour makes up for the disappointment though. :p

Taz Bars, Freddos, Fudges... :weep:

Crazy how small and thin they are now. I bought a pack of 5 the other week and couldn't believe it.

I made a roast using of a pack of 2.5kg potatoes (roasties and mash) and found I had none left over.

I then realised that the pack had changed size to 2kg. Same price.
