A Shine is placed somewhere in the arena and everyone tries to drive into it. The person who nabs it then has to leg it and keep the Shine safe for a certain amount of time. (I think it's 30 seconds) If that dude gets hit, they drop the Shine. The person holding the Shine also loses a considerable amount of speed, so it's difficult to outrun anyone. When the match time runs out, the person who held the Shine the longest wins, the match also ends if someone manages to hold the Shine for a total of 30 seconds. It's worth noting that if you drop the Shine, your timer doesn't reset.
