killthenet Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Wow, Sweden really don't want to risk winning it twice in a row. Imagine how awful it must have been for Ireland to win it 3 years on the bounce.
killthenet Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Do you think there will be an uproar if Australia win? I can see some people having a problem with it.
Fierce_LiNk Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Bulgaria are my favourites, so far. Then followed by Belgium, Netherlands ansld my favourite European country...Australia.
killthenet Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Now Cyprus are channelling Chad Kroeger! With a circa-2005 indie hi-hat providing the beat.
Tales Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 And soon the best part starts! Don't have any big favourites this year, but I think I may give a vote for Italy ad Australia. Mostly because it would be fun if either of them won.
Tales Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 (edited) Haha, loved the "hall of fame" song. Why can't I vote for this song!? What do you mean? I never got a reply on my text vote, so I called instead, it worked. Edited May 14, 2016 by Tales Automerged Doublepost
Fierce_LiNk Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Sweden have hosted a hell of a show. I've really enjoyed watching this, so far. The voting is crazy. So many countries could potentially win this. UK haven't disgraced themselves this year. We actually sent a good song!
Fierce_LiNk Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Fucking LOL at Australia gaining so many points. Can't wait for Pakistan to take the world by storm in 2017.
Tales Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 (edited) That's the weird thing, they have like only one or two 12-point at this stage, yet they are leading by a good margin. I can see this as the country who won the contest with the least amount of 12-points. I don't understand the voting though. Is it jury only now? Then common people? This is taking too long. killthenet Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 They're split the way they announce the votes to make it more exciting Tales, so that we don't know who the winner is until right at the end, but it seems like Australia are going to be far ahead by the time they even announce the viewer votes.
bob Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 I think all the popular vote will be added at once or something.

Yes, I've heard about this, it's a computer program that mixes the annoucenment in an order that creates the most excitement till the final votes. But its 00:30 AM. This is taking too long. We're only halfway?! Edited May 14, 2016 by Tales
killthenet Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 Do you think Australia will team up with the UK and host it here? It's surely the country with the most Aussies outside of Australia, so it would make sense to have it here.
Tales Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 (edited) I don't know who won, but this is a shitty way to announce the rankings. Australia: :D Edited May 14, 2016 by Tales Automerged Doublepost
killthenet Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 This is actually pretty exciting now. Hope Poland get like 400.
