demonmike04 Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Im kinda happy and sad. A few of the members I thought we're realy cool, but some were not. For the reviews though, absolutely rubbish. It mainly writes about one or two features and thats it, and the out of 10 rating for each feature certainly isnt very accurate. I know its a nintendo magazine, but it realy boils me up when they obviously slip in extra points for mario games. Sure, they advertise which is understandable, but it does annoy me that a game gets extra credit for being a nintendo franchise.
Kurtle Squad Posted January 19, 2006 Author Posted January 19, 2006 That's not all entirely true. They have Kirby's Air ride a pathetic score, and Mario Baseball, both of whcih I've heard aren't that bad, especially with mates.
Woz Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 Yup, they werent (towards the end anyway) as biased as some people may think. I too (probably shouldnt though) found the magazine hilarious and will miss them.
antster1983 Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 At least we don't have to put up with Tim "Looks Like He's Just Drunk 15 Cans Of Stella" Street inside anymore! Let's hope Future's team can inject new life into the magazine. New team, new look, New Order... erm... yes. Let's not forget a new level of maturity and humour that is more Have I Got News For You than Big Brother. By the way, Emap's magazine was called "Nintendo Magazine System" at the start. And boy that was a magazine!
AshMat Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 After reading last month's, im now happy. The reviews are pretty rubbish, they're more about putting 20 line similies intot mhem. "That was worse than a [20 line similie]" they do too much rambling, not enough reviewing

Android18a Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 This is Chandra's avatar on TGN, so I'm assuming this is what we can roughly expect issue one to look like.
dabookerman Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 so we should expect the magazine this friday right WRONG *shoots the terrorist*
