They may very well do a pre-install download before the release date for this, it doesn't happen for many titles in the UK, but this is the big one, so I assume so. However, Nintendo have never given dates out prior to when the pre-loading took place, a message from Nintendo themselves saying you can pre-load this now, just appears. Normally this occurs under a week before release date.

 

Nothing from Nintendo on it, and there probably won't be either.
